Hi ladies! I haven't been excersizing but really want to get back to it. If I start tonight (and trying to sway girl) and I will ovulate sometime next week will it away boy because I just started today and I'm so close to ovulation? Thanks!

Nope. As long as you are only doing 60+min of cardio. I wouldn't skip a cycle but know it may not help you much this cycle. Don't worry, it will not sway blue starting mid cycle. If you keep doing it, it will help a future BFP.
FX and GL to you!!

I've wondered this too. I had been doing 60+ min cardio but stopped 2.5 weeks ago due to a horrid chest infection. Our first attempt will be next week and I'm finally feeling up to exercising again but didn't know if a week's worth would harm sway...

Hoping walking will help :) thanks ladies!

We used to worry about stuff like this but it really doesn't seem to matter at all and probably only helps.

:agree: and I think the psychology of it may really help too by keeping you from spinning the mental wheels too much, whcih really does seem to sway pink.
