Hiya .. .I guess this is a question for atomic.

I know DH is suppose to release every few days in advance help build healthy sperm.

My question is if we are hoping to try end of this month is it enough time to start the regular release now? Or is it kind of late? He's been releasing every few weeks at the moment. Now we will aim for every few days.

So that would make about four weeks of regular release??? Is this ok to build good sperm

It's never too late, start it as soon as you can, don't worry about what has already happened!! :)

Every few WEEKS????

Well...yeh sort every two weeks lol because we have a little one sleeping in between us!

So we have bd every few days since beginning of Feb. Af is due 17th Feb. So will ttc week 22nd onwards.

Is this enough release? I mean I could leave it this month and ttc March April time instead???
