Hello Ladies,
I took a break from the serious diet but I didn't gain weight and I didn't eat meat, and now I want to start completely over again- first attempt hopefully in march or April.
My question is already in the title, I skip breakfast, and try to do the 12, 4pm 8pm meals, in between I try to only drink water/unsweetened tea. Does is matter if I have a coffee/ diet coke once a day in between? Or should I really stick with 4 hours without any intake but water?
Thanks for taking the time and your help!!!!!

Any calorie free drinks between meals are fine.
Keep up the good work!!

Ah okay so a coke or sprite zero would be okay, even though it will raise the blood sugar levels?
Thank you so much for cheering me up, it's almost a year since I first started to sway! I am positive it will all work out soon :flowerz:

Yes the drinks without kcal are fine. I have either black coffee or flavoured fizzy water which is virtually kcal free so it's ok.

Make sure the Coke is diet. All drinks need to be calorie free. These are fine!

Fruit is a no-no- raises BS too much. It is best to not snack, but if three meals is too hard a small fourth meal is ok. Just make sure to stick to the calorie, fat, and protein limits.

Any unsweetened or artificial sweetened drink between meals or in morning is fine
I do not want you guys eating between meals if you can possibly avoid it. Add in a 4th meal if you absolutely MUST, but don't be munching all day, even things like celery or whatever. Keep it at mealtime and not all day long.

I also wouldn't want you drinking tea with or between meals. Tea really seems to sway boy and lots of us (including myself) got multiple boys when drinking tea regularly. Stick to coffee.

Peppermint is ok as that is one of the girl sway teas, but it also can make conception harder. Do you mean raspberry LEAF tea or just regular raspberry tea? Raspberry leaf tea seems to sway boy as well. I think the non caffeinated herbal teas like camomile are ok, just no green, black, or white teas. I got my boys from drinking green and white tea daily.

Black, green, raspberry leaf = sway blue
pep tea may sway pink but cuts odds conception
other teas, we aren't totally sure about and so have at your own risk.

I got 4 boys drinking mostly black but also some green tea. Girl - no tea, just coffee

okay, you are all so helpful! Thank you very very much, I will keep drinking a peppermint tea a day in the morning, and stick to Evian water and coke zero during the day and a coffee with my fiirst meal at noon- sounds good?

That's perfect! Just don't drink too much pepp tea, bc if you do it can interfere with your cycle. 1 cup should be fine though, if your cycles are currently normal and regular.
And danke schon! Ja, baldige ich hoffe!
