Nub? 13 weeks 3 days

I was 12 weeks 6 days here but the baby was measuring 13 weeks 3 days. This was just a regular scan by my OB. Does it show the nub? I thought it looked like there was something to the left of the leg that looked a little stacked?? Thank you!

I don't see a nub, not really tue best position/shot, I think baby is partially turned away.

I have a very very tentative pink lean because I see nothing. BAby's back is arched, the shot is small, I think the legs are covering it all up....
