Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Started off attempting to follow LE but after my miscarrige I didn't get back into it properly.
I avoided snacking and also had a 13-14 hour fast between dinner and breakfast. Ate toast instead of cereal (oats).
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Most of my weight was lost prior to miscarriage (10kg from Oct 2014 - April 2015). I mostly just maintained my weight for last 6 months.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Not much, the more I think about it the worse I think it is. I wasn't really expecting this month to work and was looking forward to starting clomid the next cycle.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Was not strict with diet. Moderate exercise because I could not fit in 60min per day but had to keep doing my usual exercise for mental health and some is better than none as I have pcos.
Things worth mentioning:
Took clomid 2 cycles before this cycle
