Hi all,
I've been on holidays and got pregnant as planned with a great sway. However, at my scan baby looked very small for age and now i've lost it at 8 wks 😢. I kind of expected it as 1: didnt take the vit b tabs my fertility specialist told me to take , and 2: didnt have any sickness nausea etc at all which i thought was too good to be true although i have hoping hard it was because i had a successful sway.

Anyway, i want to start swaying again asap so am wondering 1: how soon should i start exercising again. I didnt today as i was having lower back pain and frankly feeling sorry for myself so was snacking on nuts and wine 😛
Since i was prego i've been eating nuts and ofcourse not strict on the le diet. How soon again can i sway if i start le diet again tomorrow? Thanks!!

No one needs Vitamin B tabs to have a safe and healthy pregnancy unless they are deficient.

Most of us on here have 1-2-3 or more losses and it is just one of those things that happens. Please do not blame yourself, unless you were smoking crack or something LOL nothing you did or didn't do, caused this to happen.

Exercise when YOU feel like you should start. If you aren' t up to it, then don't.

Just regroup with diet and then TTC when you are ready. 6 weeks is what most would do, but the loss may help a little bit and if you're dying to be pregnant again, then you may want to try sooner (provided you have doctor's ok)
