Atomic or anyone with suggestions
This will be my fourth month of swaying and fourth month on LE diet! I am having trouble getting preggo whichh is new for me! With my two boys I got preggo right away w no effort! My question is I'm taking folic acid vitex and saw palmento per atomic! I have lost weight unintentionally while on LE and have started cheating since I am already little and my hubby says I'm too thin ugh:( so do I stick w the supplements? Should I not do refresh and aci jel this time? Should I not take the cetirizine? Should we do attempts every three days instead of just one attempt at positive ovulation?

My dear, it happend same to me but more then 4 months, I was in shock, I couldnt believe it but it is because of the diet,
your body is weak...I would eat 1 egg before ovulation and start doing it every 2-3 days. Soon your ovulation would be affected if you dont get pregnant, you have to raise chances to get preggy soon....not going into the other extreme and loose weight, loose chances in getting pregnant...
But PLS, PLS focus on your diet and dont cheat too much, maybe once in the weekend so you can continue all this....at least, dont eat between meals and try to raise a little your kcal maybe better then cheating....

We need to start dropping things now.

No jellies or antihistamines, and switch to every 4 days now.

Is your cycle regular? If it's acting funny then drop vitex and saw palmetto. If not, give it one more month on them and then drop.

Up calories right away to stop the weight loss. It's not cheating if it's upping cals to stop weight loss.

Thanks so much atomic! My cycle was a little weird this month! It came Four days early! I was hoping it was implantation bleeding but it got heavier- only lasted 3-4 days and not as heavy as normal but def more then spotting! Took test to be safe and was neg! I had horrible headaches the last two weeks as well! Ill keep w trying vitex and saw palmento for this month!

Ok and just to make sure every 4 days then also on positive ovulation test that day as well? I should ovulate at the end of this week so want to make sure I understand:)

Oh gosh I'm so sorry I have been over and over this page and somehow this eluded me.

Most people want to try for a month or two with just e4d before going to e4d plus one but it's really up to you - if you're losing it and ready to make changes to facilitate pregnancy then yes you can add the additional attempt at pos opk. OR, you can switch to just every 4 days for a couple months and see, sometimes it's just that the pos OPK doesn't quite mesh with when we're really Oing and e4d covers you better.

Thanks ok I'm conflicted! I so want to be done but at the same time want the best chance at a girl! We have been trying every 4 days but this month has been crazy!!! So last Thursday and not again until this Wednesday then four days would be tomorrow! I got a positive this morning so went ahead and dtd! Hoping I'm ok! I was debating dtd again tomorrow because last month I thought I missed o day- so we tried anyway w dtd then that afternoon I got a positive! I thought I had a good chance of getting pregnant but now wonder if it was too soon! Wondering if my surge is long? I don't want to miss it again this month!

IF you see this in time, I'd prob. add another attempt. You may be right it's possible that you could have a long surge and just be missing it.

The OPK going negative doesn't mean anything as to when you ovulated. You can ovulate never getting a positive test, you can ovulate if your tests stay dark for days after, and you can ovulate after your test goes negative. The tests don't really tell you about anything other than that a surge of hormone has taken place. It doesn't matter how long the test stays dark for.

Interesting thanks! I'm thinking maybe I ovulate before I'm even getting a positive! Ugh so thought this was my month but its 10 days after ovulation was so gearing up to start testing abd Aunt Flo came 4 says early same thing happened last month!

Ok so weird so yesterday I had pink blood when I wiped then later a little ****** of blood it turned red and had more so I assumed AF was coming! This am I had a tiny bit pink when wiped all day nothing once I had a little brown clot come out! I tested and its neg! Not sure if I should get my hopes up trying not to maybe its just my period being weird

AF came fl this afternoon! I am stressing about continuing this diet! My hubby is stressing its taking a toll on us ! This will be going on 5 months swaying! I'm about to lose it! I don't want to stop and think in my head I wasted 5 months or what if I would of continued would it of worked.... So debating trying one more month if I don't get preggo stopping and trying w out doing a sway! U am do frustrated that I e been crying skit and I'm taking my stress out in mg hubby and kids w out meaning to! Would you recommend sticking w vegetarian not to worried in calories and continuing supplements and doing every 4 days for one month to see ? Shoukd I change anything else

Can you not just dial it back without throwing it out the window??

People have a misconception that if they can't do EVERYTHING they may as well do nothing. Not so. The time you've spent on diet will still help you, just gradually ease off the things that are making you the most crazy.

It makes no sense to me to give it 5 months and then totally give up. There is a huge margin in there to wiggle around in and just let go of the things that cut odds of conception and/or are making you mental first, try to keep e4d as long as you can (meaning drop most other tactics except diet first). Or even go to e4d + 1 or e3d instead. It will still be better than giving up totally!!

Ok makes sense! So I'm taking folic acid, saw palmento, vitex and fiber! Is there one that cuts chances of conception most? Or would you drop all?

I would drop the V & SP. Some women just cant seem to get pregnant on Vitex. Do NOT stop or relax the diet, it is the MOST important sway factor. I would stick to E4D for the next 2 cycles minimum in case the V is to blame. Then the 3rd or 4th cycle from now, switch to E3D.

I've been on the diet since Nov 2013, excluding breaks from May-August when I relaxed the diet, and other than losing 5lbs the first couple months, I've maintained my weight. So you can be on the diet 6 months plus without getting too thin or losing O. Since the diet doesn't negatively affect odds of conception I will stay on it until I'm pregnant, no matter how sick of it I am! A daughter will be well worth it, as will knowing I did my best to sway.

Drop vitex and saw palmetto.

you have GOT GOT GOT TO give it a month or two or three off them but on diet before you give up swaying!!!!!

My hubby is getting cross too, mainly cos he thinks I'm obsessing and have lost too much weight. I need to figure out how to maintain cos at the minute it's falling off me. He's also sick of being vegetarian. Is it really important that he stays veggie do you think?
I have virtually no EWCM this month and am scared I'm too thin to ovulate :( Been stressing about it all night!
Cmiller I think we will give it one more month on vitex and I'm going to need to up my kcal intake to see if that helps but still stay within diet limits. I'm guessing if I eat 1800 kcal I can go over 40g protein and have maybe 30 g fat? Cmiller how's your bmi? Could that be affecting you conceiving?

He mostly doesn't mind but says he really fancies a burger! Attempt is tonight so I reckon he can have a burger this week! He's generally been great about everything but I think if I am more chilled about it, he's likely to stay supportive of swaying for longer.

Ok I will drop supplements! Just take folic acid and fiber and stick w diet! Thanks ! Honeybee37 yes most likely! I have always been thin but have unintentionally lost 5 pounds while swaying! I'm usually 105-107 but have been hovering around 100 for most of my sway this past month or so I have been less strict w calories and am around 103 but my weight varies alot from 100-103

Going to store anyone have some new ideas for food! I am sick of stir fry veggies and rice! Salad I seem to eat same stuff! I need ideas that are easy and yummy lol!

Packaged soups? Flavoured rice cakes? Popcorn? FRUIT, both fresh and dried. Lowfat crackers and lowfat cheese. Nonfat frozen yogurt.

Hubby DOES NOT need to do diet. Most of our husbands would not do it. Mine wouldn't.

Cardinal rule of swaying "If Daddy ain't happy, ain't nobody happy."

Ladies, PLEASE make sure you have the LE Diet totals CORRECT before making yourselves miserable. LE Diet is 40-50 g of protein MINIMUM. PCOS swayers go up to 50-60. Fat is 30-60 g. 30 is minimum, we used to use 25 as minimum but people stopped ovulating on that. I think you need more nutrients, honeybee.

I can't find my normal iced coffee drink at my local grocery store anymore:( I became addicted every morning I have a cup to get me by until lunch! They only have moca now do you think it's ok- it's not much says 2 percent or less of and has cocoa listed:)
