View Full Version : DH supplements - can he take OLE as well?

Hello,

DH has been taking cranberry and Licorice Root in the first two weeks of my cycle. He is 35 this year. Would it be ok for him to take OLE as well do you think? And does anyone know the dose? I have seen capsules which are 6,000mg but this seems quite a lot. Thanks!

NO, it's cranberry OR OLE not both.

If you want him to take OLE, drop cran

500-1000 mg dry leaf

6000 is for short term use as antibiotic and not for daily use
