12.2 NT scan...with 15w UPDATE!

Hello, longtime lurker and nubsesser, first time poster here! Had my 12.2 week NT scan and asked for nub pics but tech didn't know about it. I tried to explain and at end of scan she gave me these shots including potty shots which I know are unreliable but I can't seem to find any to compare what I'm seeing. Any thoughts/opinions about what's showing in any pic is welcome! Thanks so much!
