My middle son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. If his blood glucose goes low he is hypoglycaemic (low blood glucose) and it got me thinking because When my son takes quite a warm bath it makes him have low blood glucose.i know because we test his blood glucose before and after a bath.
I read something somewhere about you should take warm baths/showers when ttc girl, would the above be the reason why it sways girl?

I thought it was more to do with warming DH's 'bits'and lowering overall speed count?

That's what I thought too but I'm wondering if it effects blood glucose too?

Speed count?! I meant sperm count! Ha ha. Yeah I don't know - it's definitely interesting, I don't know if blood sugar for the man is helpful or not? I thought that was mostly for the woman and I've not heard of baths for DW being a part of swaying. I'm sure atomic will be on soon with more informed advice than me :) xx

I thought high temps in general were slightly beneficial but not sure how important... Are you in the uk too, beautifulrainbow?

I have pcos do my LE diet involves a lot of fibre, brown bread, rice etc.I have been swaying since April 2015 and still have not gotten pregnant. I'm losing the will power to continue, I been cheating more and more, like valentines night I had a 3 cause dinner and yesterday I was feeling low so snacked on a cake, but I'm doing my cardio right now and just started a thread to egg each other on! I' have been going to a private fertility clinic and had clomid this cycle, been taking cinnamon sups and folic acid, bd every 4 days ( much to the annoyance of my hubby he wants more sorry tmi) I have dropped everything else!
What is your sway plan?

We had first attempt this month and been on the diet since November. I started the exercise but then my son got a chest infection and passed it onto me so ended up having three weeks off and struggling to get back into it, esp as its half term this week so no time to do it! I've lost a bit too much weight as well and also been really bad this weekend with way too many cheats! Also had three course valentines meal and then also ended up eating too much yesterday! Back on it today, hopefully !!!
You're doing well keeping it up all that time and I'm sure a few cheats when you've been doing it so long won't hurt.
We had aimed for one attempt in fertile period but I ovulated really late so no chance I'm preg this month. Going to e4d next month and also stopping vitex cos it's messed up my cycles.
Good luck with clomid - it's meant to be really good for girl sway isn't it. What are cinnamon supplements? Xx

Yes clomid is meant to sway girl, also just coming off of bc too, which The fertility doc had to go back on for 21days. So fx fo us both. Sorry you got a chest infection they are horrid! Hope your both ok now!
I'm not trying to lose weight just for my sway But my ideal body weight is around 55kg and I'm stuck at 62kg and I just cannot get any lower!
Cinnamon, I read some other of the girl mums were using it, sprinkling it over sweet stuff! It has also been found very beneficial in people with diabetes its ment to help your blood glucose stay low which I'm guess sways girl. I take 1 cinnamon capsule a day! You can buy these from health food shops!

No. It's to wash out EWCM and also "ions" but I seriously doubt that works. For DH, it's to heat his jewels and reduce sperm numbers

DO NOT take cinnamon SUPPLEMENTS. It is too high a dose.

Cinnamon in the stats is for a VERY SMALL number of people. I do not have most people use it. Only those with rather severe PCOS and/or with lots of weight to spare and ONLY if not taking several medications or supplements. Cinnamon in medicinal quantities, is, well, medicinal and not appropriate for everyone.

if you do end up using cinnamon, use ONLY 1/4 a teaspoon maximum (and that is hardly ANYTHING way less than the capsules) stirred into foods or drinks AF-O, then reduce to 1/8 teaspoon (That is just a pinch) during luteal phase. At BFP reduce to dietary amounts

Only as an indication of overall hormones and not in and of themselves (for DW)

You can do other stuff more often than that. His amount of release shouldn't matter
