So, now I am back at work I am very limited with time when it comes to food!
I do NOT like nuts - only penut butter lol but can not have that on the days I work (work with children and they have allergies to nuts!). Also, can not take eggs to school due to the allergy thing...
Breakfast - something that doesn't really require cooking such as on a stove lol and do not have time to be chopping up food... any ideas?
Morning tea, I may only get 15 mins so needs to be something easy too and I do not have access to cook either.
Same for lunch!

I finish work at 3pm so will have afternoon tea then.

Ideas please!!

Oh, good idea ELP!

TTC, when I'm in hurry (umm, every day  I eat: 1 mashed banana ( required time: 2 sec ) with oat flakes and some full fat yogurt on top of it (last 2 steps ~0.5 sec lol)

Eating it takes away 30-45 sec, it depends how late I am for everything

I cook up a batch of savoury mince which lasts me for about 3-4 days and eat about 140g with my cereal and V8 juice. I just reheat it each morning. Very quick and easy!

If I'm in a hurry in the morning, I just grab a banana and a Larabar (it's the whole food kind with nuts in it, but I know you don't like nuts, TTC5). I HAAAAAATE eating in the morning, probably why I have girls, LOL. Also, while I'm making the girls' lunches before school, I will throw a whole wheat waffle in the toaster and then spread peanut butter on it, it makes a whole protein combo there. I just fold it in half like a taco and can eat it on the go.

Bec, what is your recipe for the mince? Pardon my Americanism, but I'd love to try it!

And also you can always grab a fruit ! Banana , apple , pear , ect.

Or eat toast with dark chocolate spread on it .This is also fast to make.:agree:

I think that's perfect!

I know you may not want to do this, but whole-milk, full fat yogurt is packed with protein. I also used to take 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese for my lunch at work several times a week and I conceived DS 3 while doing so.

I can't have milk, I am dairy intolerant :(

My choices are soy, rice, almond or oat. I am having oat right now :)

You can't eat cheese or yogurt either?? Most people who are lactose intolerant can have them because the lactose is digested by the bacteria in the cheese/yogurt.

Oat is still great!! :agree:

I can have lactose (my body digests that fine) but just not the proteins found in dairy.
