Im a huge eater but on days where im out shopping i tend to not eat until 6/7 at night without noticing.Could this cause any problems if i did that around o when ttc pink or would it be a good thing?

OMG, how on earth do you manage that?! I wouldn't say it would cause a problem for ttc pink and I'm guessing you're only doing it occasionally rather than as a norm?

No, that would actually be GOOD for TTC pink, because that's a nice long time period during which your blood glucose will stay low.

That's actually kinda good advice for anyone on the TTC pink diets because when you're busy, it's easy to forget to eat. When you're sitting around watching every minute tick by on the clock till you can eat again, it makes it a lot more of an ordeal!!
