Hi, quick question - why does coconut water good for a pink sway? Should we be concerned about potassium levels? thanks!

It's not good or bad for a sway, it's because on LE Diet it is really, really hard to get the minimum levels of potassium required for human life. You need 2500 mg potassium every day or you can seriously harm your health, even die, so it's just a handy way to get a lot of potassium easily without much else in the way of nutrients.

Since you're a Dream Member please check out the "Guide to Potassium" available there for a more thorough explanation of the biology of why we do not need to limit potassium on LE Diet.

Thanks. If not on LE diet - how do we normally get potassium? Also what do u think of m&m mini Halloween pack chocolate After meals sometime? It's been so hard not to have a cookie here or a few m&m there ahhhh

It is in most foods and when you're not limiting your caloric intake most people get more than enough. It is only when people cut back on food (and some misguidedly also insist on avoiding things like tomatoes and potatoes because they heard they sway blue, but they don't) that they end up not getting enough. So on LE Diet you need to be cautious to get enough.

Cookies/M and M now and then are fine as long as you're not on PCOS Diet.
