DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I used the LE Diet and started making changes to my diet last October. I switched to the PCOS diet in January (per atomics recommendation) as I was having some PCOS tendencies. I cut out all red meat, no breakfast, limited snacking (which was a huge change for me), 2-3 meals a day, long periods of fasting between meals, switched to Diet Coke and drank that and Crystal Light daily, cut out drinking tea which I used to drink every morning, counted calories and journaled my food, tried to follow the diet as much as I could. Very strict on the diet from January on.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Started making changes in October 2015- did have some cheats around Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. but still kept away from red meat and breakfast
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
My husband did not change his diet at all
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Really made a lot of changes to my diet. When I got pregnant with my son I was eating 6 small meals a day on the Paleo diet and was doing Crossfit 3-4 x a week. I was eating a high amount of protein and lots of red meat and nutrients. I have always had protein shakes or protein bars for breakfast and lunch to maintain my weight so changing to a reduced protein diet was a drastic change. I did up my protein as part of the PCOS diet and decreased carbs but stuck to chicken only. Limiting snacking was the hardest part of the diet changes for me. Drank a glass of white wine or a Miller Lite every night which was also a big change for me. I used to only drink if we went out.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
I am 5'10 and weighed around 160 at the time of O. I lost 6 pounds in the few weeks leading up to O.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I was originally couch potato but once I realized I had some PCOS tendencies, I switched to extreme exercise. It was really tough to fit into my schedule and many nights I was up to 11 or 12 doing work out videos or running around my house (my husband thought I was nuts!) I did 50 or 60 minutes 4-5 (at the least) times per week.
THINGS in VG and CONCEPTION DATE(CD) INFO
pH Before Starting a Sway Program, if known
I did not check pH and am thankful not to stress about it
Any VG potions used? Sylk

CM pH at attempt
unknown
DH pH
unknown
How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?
2
BD Dates according to Ovulation 2 Days Before O

Any additional comments?
I used opks and my Ovacue device to track ovulation. I got a high peak and confirmed ovulation on CD14 but had not gotten a postive opk by then. I have in the past had multiple ovulation dates confirmed on my Ovacue (part of why I think I have some PCOS tendencies) and I reached out to atomic for advice. She advised to attempt that night (CD 14) so we did. The next day CD 15 I got a faint positive opk and felt terrible ovulation cramping, bloating, and pain on both Thursday and Friday (CD 15 and 16). My Ovacue then confirmed ovualtion again on Friday CD16. So I am not sure if I O'ed on CD15 or CD16. Therefore our attempt was either 1 or 2 days prior to ovulaion. We then did an attempt 4 days from the first attempt on CD 18 but I don't believe that attempt would have been the one that caught the egg.
THE DEED INFO
DH Info about Swimmers Abstained

BD Position
Missionary
Did you Jump and Dump? Yes

Any relevant attempt details?
My husband abstained for 8 days when we BD on CD14. I laid for about 5-6 minutes and then got up and J&Ded and wiped. Also, my husband had a terrible virus the weekend before and ran a fever in and out over the weekend. I hoping this helped with reducing sperm count as well. We used a tiny bit of Sylk.
SUPPLEMENTS USED
DW Supplements Vitex
Saw Palmetto

DH Supplements
-
Any additional supplement info?
I took Vitex and Saw Palmetto for about 3-4 months. It did shorten my cycle a bit (32 to 27 days) which I didn't mind. I stopped them at ovulation each month. I was planning on using rephresh or antihistamines but when atomic advised to BD that night there wasn't enough time. I did not have much CM at all (no EWCM) I am guessing due to the dieting and lifestyle changes.
Did you do anything with Ions?
I used a salt rock lamp, had the fan on, hot shower for both before attempts, painted my nails that week, and was exposed to lavender essential oils that are in my work space daily.
Moon Phase during conception?
Waning Crescent
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
No but I prayed a lot!
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
My period right before this cycle was super light! (Maybe the lightest it has ever been since I had my son) So I am hoping that means that my body was responding to the changes I was making. I really did try my best with the sway and feel I gave it my all! I am honestly so happy and thankful to be pregnant no matter what the gender outcome.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Switching to the PCOS diet and exercise later in the game - this makes me nervous. The occasional cheats prior to my strict swaying. Also I have the classic boy personality.
Things worth mentioning:
Thankful for this website and atomic! Soaked up the information on here like a sponge and I learned a lot! :) Harmony test says GIRL!! :)

Looks great! Really looking forward to hearing what the gender is! I was super into CrossFit and ate a LOT of red meat and potatoes when I conceived my son, too! It sounds like we had really similar eating habits! Im hoping he changes will result in pink for us both! xo

Good luck! I do think your sway likely benefitted from the switch to PCOS LE and exercise.
