12 weeks is still early so it could rise. The angle looks girly but it is a little bulbous at the end so that is boyish. I'm not confident enough to make a guess!

Thanks for the replies I posted on another site and there was an overwhelming response that 12+0 was too early and the nub looked like it was rising. The tech guessed girlie but wouldn't confirm. Only time will tell. Thanks so much for taking the time to reply
