Fingers crossed for a whole lot of BFP's this month!!!

This is cycle 11 of trying for me and I'm on 50mg of Clomid this month; swaying Boy but as long as the baby is healthy I will be happy with a boy or a girl. Either yesterday or today is O day for me so I should be testing on or around March 9th.

Fx tfahn! Here's hoping March is magical indeed! Well I had bw for fsh, amh, lh and hcg (as doc agreed there was a line on my hpt last cycle and wants to cover bases) yesterday and should have results by Thursday. I'm cd5 and after discussing things with my doc and dh we have stopped putting a time frame on ttc. We were not going to try anymore after last cycle. My doc thinks (and I agree) I've been stressing way too much over a *have to be pregnant by* date. So we will go all out this cycle and do smep (provided we can with dh shift work next week). After this cycle we will move to NTNP until such a time we decide to stop altogether. If this cycle is a bfn I am going to try and go back to work and start working towards things I've been putting off while ttc. I don't know why it took so long to realise I could do this! It was always one or the other in my head!! Goes to show just how focused on ttc I was that I didn't see an alternative lol! Feeling something very special about March :) Tfahn this is cycle 11 for me too!! I'll be o'ing around the time you start testing!

Love the thread name tfahn. We need some more bfp's this month. I'm hoping to be one of the first, but don't think I will be. Did a frer yesterday at 10dpo after a 2.5 hr hold & bfn. Feeling no different, any queasiness I had last week is gone. Expecting AF either Thursday or Friday so probably won't bother doing any more frer's unless I suddenly get queasy again. Haven't even been comparing my chart this cycle as its my first cycle vaginal temping.

Good plan PBN, one thing I have never done while Ttc is stopped doing other things due to ttc. I have been working hard at work have got promoted, We are going to Fiji this month for a holiday and we are taking our boys to Disneyland in June. I never think I might be pregnant I won't book/ do that. Luckily too or else I would of missed out on a lot this past year.

I hope this month is full of BFPs.

I'm feeling hopeful of this next FET but I'm trying not to be. My due date would be around my birthday and that would be the best birthday present ever!!! Although I need to not think of stuff like that I think.

So happy that you're giving it another try this month pbn. Really hope this is a good month for us all. I think it's a good idea to stop stressing so much, even though it's generally easier said then done. I try to focus on work on the days I work & then the rest of the time I'm kept busy with the kids, housework etc. But there is always a lingering thought there that says I should be pregnant by now even though I'm only I'm my 3rd cycle ttc, it feels longer.

Yes exactly right scan on Friday and depending on my lining they will book me in for my FET. Hopefully the transfer is the 10th March or before because we fly out for Fiji the 11th.

No our hotel was fine it didn't even get evacuated. I've packed a huge duffle bag full of kids/baby clothes went to Kmart and got all colouring in pencils to give to the locals.

I can't wait for Disneyland I love it there I'm like a big kid, the kids have never been before so it will be good to show them, not looking forward to the plane ride for 14 hours there though.

I am ovulating today and the freaking o pains are out of this world!!! I've never had such horrible O pains. I thought I had it bad normally, but this cycle seriously takes the cake!! I've been having significant cramping for 3 hours now. I'm pretty disappointed that my tubes are blocked but I am keeping faith in the back of my mind that one is open. I had wanted to dtd again tonight but I don't think that's going to happen with how much cramping I'm having. So, we got 3 attempts in my fertile window this month, O day, o-1 and o-2. I'd like to pretend that I'm not going to test early but I'm sure I will. I'll probably test on March 10th which will be 10dpo. I had a real surprise +opk this month. I hate my short surge. I wasn't expecting to O for another 4 or 5 days but my +opk came early this cycle. I'm hoping that is good news. This is my 10th cycle ttc. I'm holding out hope that I had a chemical last month because that would mean one of my tubes is open!! :) After this cycle we'll be ntnp until we can afford ivf.

Man, I sure hope so!!! The motrin I took has only helped a tiny bit. I'm still insanely bloated and can't sit right. My boys keep looking at me like I'm crazy. Lol! I've been reading a lot of stories of women who were told their tubes were blocked but then went on to get a bfp naturally. At least it's distracting me. :D

I am so looking forward to a fresh start in march. Today is cd 19 and no sign of ovulation, like at all :( I have had no o pains this week, no cm, and pretty much blank opks -- definitely not what my other clomid cycles have been like. DH and I are still dtd e3d until af gets here but I am already thinking this cycle is a bust

No, I don't normally get o pain on clomid when I ovulate. That's why I'm really confused this cycle. It's the first cycle out of 4 that I've had O pain. It's really weird.

Momamia, I'm not surprised about the bad O pain given your previous cramp, the 100mg dose and multiple past Clomid cycles. Fx you got an egg through at least one side.

It looks like I'm almost O buddies with you & tfahn. I got a dark, almost positive OPK (as dark as my positive last month) today, CD15. Unfortunately my CBAD holder stopped working yesterday so no way to see a Peak, sigh. I've been having O pain for days, much more strongly than typically. I'm expecting to O tomorrow like I did last month. It's great to be Oing earlier than usual but it sucks bc I haven't gotten an attempt in and probably won't be able to in time. Unless I can go pick someone up on a Tuesday afternoon/night lol. Might even be too late by then. Any suggestions on best place to pick up on a Tuesday afternoon/evening/night? Maiden I'm sorry you're in this predicament. So your df cant provide you with some swimmers this cycle? I'll be completely honest regarding trying to pick someone up. I would be extremely concerned that you have no medical history on them and potentially what std's etc they may be carrying. Also how do you go about picking someone up as a sperm donor? Do you ask them point blank? Sorry for my intrusive questions and please feel free not to answer. You mentioned you live an hour or so away from a big city. Can you contact a donor place there and inquire as to whether any of their donors would be willing to meet the recipient? I understood from previous posts that meeting the person donating is quite important to you? Alternatively and this may seem a bit out there but perhaps try an elite escort service and explain your looking for a donor, are willing to pay, but person must meet you first to decide if you want to go ahead and have whatever medical screening you desire done at a place of your choosing. I only suggest this 'crazy' idea as it seems 'safer' to me and there may be more chance?

Pbn3, he's away until Thursday so unlikely to work this cycle. I think it's not easy to get sperm from a sperm bank here...probably it would be a process. I believe it's all anonymous too and I've been unable to find any bank in the world that allows you to meet donors. If I picked someone up yes, I'd be very upfront from early on. I'd just take the risk of potential STDs though obviously I'd ask and hopefully be able to find someone who at least claims to be clean; I wouldn't take the risk with someone who knew he had something. It's possible I'd find someone willing to donate without sex, which would lower my chance of catching anything also. I'm a good judge of character so I'm not too worried about that. My biggest concern is actually finding someone on a Tuesday night whom I deem suitable!

I hadn't thought of an escort but that's not a bad idea, rather brilliant actually! Prostitution is legal here, but are there many male escorts? I'd be fine with that if I can find one I like. Gay is fine too, as I imagine most male escorts are gay? I don't think I'd be able to get one screened in time, but they are probably all clean here. I imagine an escort would donate via cup anyway if I'm paying them. I'll see what I can find out online.

So I've put on almost 4kgs in three weeks eeek!!! Going to start le diet again tomorrow not for swaying purposes but lose weight purposes. I'm sure every gram of fat has been evenly distributed to my thighs and stomach 😠 I still have my treadmill in the lounge but its so freaking hot and humid that its an effort to breathe in and out! I may be exaggerating lol and I do have air con so maybe I'll start doing some walking again.... I've rather enjoyed the smaller version of me and cant believe how quickly the weight has come back. I even skip brekky most mornings out of pure habit. I honestly think its all the meat I've been eating - sometimes twice a day 😮. I'm sure I had more energy and felt better overall when I monitored everything!

OK, For those of you that take Clomid, Do you have to go in for ovary checks? My RE wants me to come in at the end of this week for Progesterone bloodwork and to do an internal examine to check my ovaries to make sure the Clomid did not cause any cysts. For some reason it just scares me to have the internal examine for fear that it might disrupt things in case I am pregnant this cycle. Didn't know if this is normal procedure or not. I thought maybe they did it by ultrasound but the nurse said no they do an internal exam.

Have any of you had to take Progesterone supplements? I think I only ovulated Sunday or yesterday and fear if I go in on Friday and my Progesterone level isn't high enough by then they will want me to supplement. They tried to push it on me in the past, my level was 10.8 on day 7dpo and I read that anything over 10 is normal but they still wanted me to supplement even before having a BFP. I fully believe that when you get pregnant then it will signal your body to make more progesterone.

I don't believe in P supplements and y8u shouldn't need them on Clomid. I don't see why you need an internal exam but I wouldn't be concerned, as pap smears which are more invasive are ok in pregnancy. They won't be anywhere near your uterus. I think you might not have Oed yet tfahn, since you still haven't had a proper temp rise. I would err on the side of caution and not get your P tested too soon. I certainly don't think you could have Oed before yesterday.

I had SO much EWCM yesterday. It was like I was 20 again! Still plenty today but not gushing like yesterday. Anyone else had a lot more fertile CM the cycle after Clomid? It's such a change after how dry I was on it. I got a TRUE positive OPK today, both on my strips and a CB digital. Only my 3rd one ever in over 6 years of OPKing! O should be tomorrow, CD17.

Maiden, I had great EWCM this cycle on Clomid but I drinking lemon water twice a day for 2 weeks so I think that helped and took Mucinex for a few days too.

I wouldn't let them do a pap when I was pregnant either :) ( I did have it done about 2 months after giving birth though). I just read a few stories of women having paps in early pregnancy and then having miscarriages that same week, I'm 99% sure they they are unrelated to the pap but I am overly cautious.

I really don't believe in progesterone supplements either. When they wanted me to started taking them at 7DPO when my level was in the normal range, it just threw red flags at me that they are supplement happy. I am not a good patient, I don't follow doctors blindly. I research and form my own opinion on matters before proceeding.

Pretty sure I ovulated yesterday, today's temp rise is a normal 1 dpo temp for me. After 6 days in a row of BD'ing I better have ovulated! Didn't plan on that many times but it is just the way it ended up.

Maiden - wow, sounds like some great fertile cm there. No experience with Clomid though. I guess you didn't have any luck getting any donor sperm.

I have had ovary checks while taking clomid, tfahn. I usually have them around 8dpo or so. He just checks to make sure I don't have a cyst on my ovaries and then gives me a prescription for more clomid. It is honestly really disheartening because it always made me feel like I was out that month. I am not doing it this month since my hsg said my tubes are blocked. I don't think I went in on the cycle I miscarried either. I could be wrong though. I was never given Progesterone supplements, although my RE was going to try doing a second hcg shot this cycle. I obviously didn't end up doing that. Your chart looks really similar to mine, lol! I hope that is a good sign. I don't remember ever having such a weird temp chart!! I've had so many big dips this cycle. FX we both actually ovulated! :D

Nope. It was a manual exam, I guess, for lack of a better description. TMI but he just stuck one hand up my hoohaa and pushed up toward my ovary and then pushed down from the top with the other hand to kind of pinch my ovary between his fingers. It is not very comfortable.

I'm so sorry Pinklady! I think sometimes our DH's don't realize how important this is to us. I agree with Magical though. You should sit him down and tell him exactly what you're thinking. Pinklady I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I also have a dh that never wanted to talk about anything. I think someone else suggested it but I would need to sit him down and force him to listen to how I feel. He never really gave me what I wanted but he did try when he saw my intense emotions. Some guys just aren't feelings guys I guess.

The one high temp with an open circle and high temps on Clomid are misleading, but you are in your typical early post O temp range. My post O temps on Clomid were actually a bit low, so maybe you're the same. Btw, I did have a scan after O last cycle, on Clomid. I requested it though.

Momamia, I'm sad you didn't get the trigger shots but I'm still optimistic for you. Though I think you Oed at least 1 day later than FF thinks, maybe even two.

As I expected I got another temp drop this morning & AF started once I got home from school & daycare drop off. Have felt so down yesterday & today. Dh & I need to have a chat about things. DF was able to produce a 2nd batch at 2:30am today. It was only 1.5ml, vs the 5ml I made a mess of yesterday. I got most of this batch in though, I think. It's so strange to have 2 attempts in 20 hours! But I'm definitely ready to just be pregnant, regardless of gender. I'm still doing the diet though, I'll stick with that no matter what.

I started cramping this morning and have had bleeding like a period I just cried . I knew it was coming so I'm not suprised. This is my second ivf attempt and second time transfer has failed . This was a first fresh cycle tho, I am on day 10 of my embryo transfer. I'm lying here still hoping that there could be some hope for me and it could all turn out ok. Other half has left and gone to work I feel so angry at him , nothing is ever as important as work. Probably won't hear from him all day. Hey farm girl... We finally had given up shettles after 6 months of trying and got pregnant within 1 or 2 months each time we tried. Wish I had not wasted my time... Seems like anytime I hit 0-2 and 0-1 got pregnant.

Maiden, have they been vaccinated? The basic vaccines protect against the calicivirus and herpes virus that cause colds in cats. Be on the look out for nasal or mouth sores as it may be a sign of chlamydiosis or cryptococcal bacterial infection.

Keep them separated and wash all bedding, toys etc. until the virus wanes. It usually lasts 5-10 days. If it takes longer than that, she may need antibiotics from a secondary bacterial infection.

They may need to have their vaccines boostered.

Nann it took me 8 months this time to get pregnant. I have an infertility diagnosis so I went to a RE for extra help.

Before I went to the RE, I went to my Ob and they ran a blood test and gave me clomid. It was pretty cheap. I think I paid $40 for the blood test and $20 for the clomid. I have no infertility coverage either.

I'm definitely not saying you need that. I have many friends who take 6-12 months each time to get pregnant and they're completely healthy. I just wanted you to know that the Ob wasn't as expensive as I thought. My friend went to hers for peace of mind to know she doesn't have what I have!

Good luck. My second took 9 months as well so I know the month after month pain of af showing.

I'm so sorry Nann. :( It took 11 (nearly 12) months to conceive DS1 despite perfect BD timing each month. I got pregnant the month I essentially gave up. I don't know why, but sometimes it takes a little longer than we expect it to. I truly hope you get a BFP soon. Please take all my blue dust! Hugs!!

Oh Nann, I'm sorry. I understand as it's been 4 years since my last BFP.

XX, thanks for the input. My older cat might be partially vaccinated but definitely doesn't have them all. I was advised to get her vaccinated further since she goes outside, but I haven't done it bc I think it will be hell getting her to the vet. She didn't eat anything for about 36 hours, then had only a small appetite for another day. During this time she drank more water than usual and when she wasn't eating at all she slept the whole time. The day her appetite came back partially she made very soft, hoarse sounds like she'd maybe lost her voice. Yesterday evening through today she's been eating normally, but still drinking more water, and her voice is better but still not normal. Should I sterilise the leather couch she sleeps on? She also sleeps on me al lit, so I'll change my sheets, and she lies on her cardboard scratch-bed but I don't see how I can clean that.

I got some natural/herbal pills from the vet to give her, supposedly they rake about 2 weeks to kick in. She is a very nervous cat and I also suspect she suffers from chronic pain. I'm hoping to get the vet to make a house visit once the pills kick in (also plan to get Feliway plug-ins, though unfortunately I don't have any plugs anywhere near where she sleeps, I might have to get one installed, it's also a HUGE room that probably needs like 4 plug ins). Maybe I can get her and my kitten fully vaccinated then? I can't imagine anyone successfully vaccinating my older cat unless she's unconscious. :(

Maiden, You said you are not a fan of progesterone supplements correct? Just looking for opinions.

The RE had me do progesterone bloodwork this morning, and I got the results back. (They usually don't see them until Monday). I think they had me test too early since I only ovulated on Monday but the level came back at 9.37 today. I know they say over 10 is normal and with a medicated cycle, like I was on, they like to see it over 15. DO you think progesterone supplements help at all? I really think if I got a BFP that was healthy that would signal the body to make more progesterone and the levels would be fine then. But if my LP is too short would it help me get pregnant, last month my lp was only 10 days but normally it is around 12. Not sure what to do at this point.

tfahn, no I'm not a fan of P supplementation except in rare cases. I DEFINITELY think they tested you MUCH too early. Did you explain you're only at most 4dpo (you could possibly be only 2dpo)? Your number is good for 4dpo. And you should have plenty of P on Clomid, plus an extended LP. I bet you get your BFP this month!

I think because they start counting from the day I first got my +OPk and then test progesterone exactly 1 week later. So since I got my +OPK last Friday, they wanted me to test today so I did. If they give my a hard time I will insist on a retest and try to explain again I only ovulated on Monday. Oddly enough they have never once talked about charting and taking temps, I guess they rely solely on blood work numbers at that office.

Not getting my hopes up but don't know if I should test tmrw and it's my daughters birthday party tmrw or wait for Sunday.

I had tiny spots of red or pink cm when I got a bfp in December and February so I would definitely say it could be a good sign. Your temp rise is nice too. Good luck!

I got my cross hsirs and a big temp rise today! Only 11 more days until I can test My kitten is sooo much better and active again. It makes me so happy to see her spirit shining through. She is SUCH a sweet cat, she purrs whenever I first see her! My grouchy old cat has been snuggly too, slept with me slk yesterday and today. Her voice is fully back.

We also DTD cd19 but we had been drinking and didn't use anything. :oops: DH said he pulled out in time but I got up right away and realized he didn't. :thumbsdown: Unless FF is wrong on my O date then I should be fine.

Maiden, the spotting was a few small brown spots when I wiped then wiped again and it was about a quarter sized amount. I haven't had anything since then.

ksmom, I think it's possible you Oed on CD19 based on your chart...I'll be watching you! I sometimes have a very small amount of brown spotting around 6dpo in non pregnant charts. No clue why but it's happened a few times.

pinkin, did you test at a different time of day? This early that really matters. I wouldn't assume its a chemical yet. Fx.

iF your lining is thin - which would NOT cause a chemical, IMO, but rather a short LP and even then, that doesn't always mean a thin lining - yes, your lining would return to normal within a cycle. In that case, Femara would be a good option and it may be even pinker than Clomid.

Maiden its definitely a chemical. I got a couple of faint lines then a nice pink line then yesterday they faded out then a completely Negative test this am. I never have a LP shorter then 15 days even being on the clomid for 3 rounds. Last month i had a chemical to. The first month on clomid my lining was 6.5mm and tripple layered on cd15 which was 4 days before ovulation . That seems thin to me?

Hi everyone!

This is my first month ttc eeek!!

Doing the every 4 day method, had first attempt on Saturday night.

For the first time in my life I have been exercising daily! I use the exercise bike and mini trampoline and also some cardio videos on YouTube.

Just wondering though, is it safe to do full on hard cardio in 2ww? Should it be more gentle or is it ok to continue as normal. Just wondering if the trampoline is a bit to jiggly for conceiving a baby lol!! X

Oh pinkin, lm sorry. That does dound a bit thin BUT it could have thickened up in time. I still think you should try Femara if you can get it.

Jenny, it's fine to trampoline in the TWW. Baby is very well protected in there, especially early on when it's so little. The vigorous exercise improvs circulation which can encourage implantation. I wouldn't ease off at all. It's great you're exercising! I hope you caught the egg or will catch it...when do you expect to O?

Huh. Maybe your HCG never got very high and dropped fast? I don't think P level and LP length necessarily correlate (I have a short LP despite high P) but I'll be surprised if your P is low on Clomid.

Pinkin, What dosage of Clomid have you been taking? Are you taking it to help egg quality or do you need help to ovulate?

I am on 50mg this month and using it to help improve egg quality. I know someone who had to be on 200mg of Clomid for her to get pregnant both times, the smaller dosages did nothing for her, and she had singles even with a high dosage which I was happy to see. Maybe its just a matter of finding the correct dosage for you?

I don't think your lining matters from previous cycle.
Are you taking any supplements to help lining while on clomid? Rasberry tea leaf capsules I took ttc my son. I had mirena for 3 years and really thin out my lining.
I got pregnant first cycle after removal but miscarried then got pregnant another cycle later but took a bunch of supplements.
Vitamin c red Rasberry leaf tea baby aspirin.

Advice please!!!

I am on my first cycle of ttc, we are doing the e4days method. Had our first attempt on Saturday cd10, was planning on next attempt on Wednesday cd14.

I have no opk tests left as I decided not to use them anymore (stressing me out!) but definitely feel like I may be ovulating today! Dull cramp like feeling and slight back pain.

Should I stick to my next attempt on Wednesday? Do you think Saturday's attempt will have left any little swimmers still alive?

I am testing on Wednesday also. I'll be 10pdo. I'm not confident at all this cycle. I had a good hard cry about it today with DH. I'm just so sad that there's such a high likelihood that I can't make babies naturally anymore. I really didn't think it would effect me as much as it has. I'm just so very, very sad about it. I'm trying to distract myself with other things but it's horribly difficult not to think about it. We're about to put our house on the market to sell it, and I keep trying to convince DH to use the money from the sale to do IVF. He wants to wait because I told him I was planning on trying to get a job at one of the hospitals near where we're moving to. He thinks my health insurance through the hospital might help pay for the IVF. It's definitely reasonable. I'm just sick of waiting. I feel like time is not on my side right now and I can't imagine having to wait until September/October to start IVF. Sorry for rambling.

Momamia wishing you a nice solid bfp! I'm not sure how insurances work in US but wherr I am (Aus) most don't cover prenatal/maternity until after you've been with them for a period of time. Could you compromise with dh that you do one or two cycles with proceeds from house sale and if that doesn't work then wait unless insurance at new job kicks in. Hoping all of this will be irrelevant of course and that you get a bfp tomorrow :)

No, we're not moving to another state just closer to dh's work. He's sick of driving so far and isn't planning on changing jobs anytime soon. So, we're going to sell the house and move.

I've been trying to convince him to do just what you said, Pbn3! He'd rather wait it out. He says I have "baby brain" and it's making me not think properly. I hope so badly that I get a bfp too but I haven't had any symptoms to suggest that I am, except that I've been extremely emotional. I think that has more to do with ttc not working out and getting ready to move than anything.

I tested with both a bd digi and regular opks this cycle. I had a definite blazing positive with both on cd15. I typically O the same day as my positive opk. I had horrible O pains/cramping all day long on cd15. It literally incapacitated me (I couldn't move from the couch all day). Then, there was nothing the day after that. Based on past cycles, I agree with FF but this cycle was really weird and I wouldn't be surprised if I did O a few days later this cycle. Maiden thought I O'd on cd17 also. If I change the settings to Research mode, it moves my O day to cd17. Do you think I should leave it at that? That makes my post-O temps looks horrible. :( If that's the case, then I'll wait until Friday to test because then I'd be 10dpo. I feel like it's a waste to even test this cycle but I'd rather get rid of them than have to look at them anymore.

My friend was having irregular periods so was referred for tests. She just in a relationship and had no children, the consultant came into the room and said I have worked out why your infertile, because your tubes are completely blocked, she was so shocked as that was not the reason she was having tests, she was put on the list for ivf, conceived her first son completely naturally 8 weeks after the Dr made the comment and while on the waiting list for Ivf, she has since gone on to have a second completely naturally, good luck to all the ladies attempting or waiting to test x

Pinklady I'm so sorry :( from what I'm reading amd please correct me if I'm wrong, it sounds as though you are more wanting to hear girl than another baby? Are you open at all to hearing blue? There is no gaurantee with natural swaying and I've seen some of the best looking sways end up with an opposite. All you can do is try and up your odds so to speak. I'm very sorry your ivf didn't work out. Is ht an option?

Maiden is expert at swaying pink and hopefully she will respond soon and correct me if I'm wrong about any of the above or let you know if there is anything else you could or should do to get started :)

I have such mixed feelings about it all I do really want the last one to be pink :) but also I know there are no guarantees and I can't imagine never having another baby again. I mean I just found on Sunday that last ivf didn't work and I've cried everyday. I knew thursday anyway as I woke up to a lovely af suprise visit but I still hoped. I have talked my husband into having a go on our own as he's seen my most desperate state! I'm just not au fair with all the terminology at all and I don't know where to start as I never considered it before. I have two boys already and I miscarried a boy at about 13 weeks jan last year. I found out early as I was obviously hoping for a girl. I still feel terrible at how unhappy I was it was a boy. So that's three blue for us I'm hoping fourth time lucky I know he has some girls in there somewhere as we have achieved this with ivf admittedly with a sperm sort. At least he has some tho. I just need the best way to get them to a golden egg first , if it's an other boy well at least its a baby. I would be gutted but once it was born I would be fine. I know this is our last child tho my husband will not consider anymore it was deep discussion to get him to a free to a third

Its hard to know where to guide you without any background info like age, do you have regular cycles, any medical issues etc. The site is a wealth of info and what is suitable for one person may not be suitable for others. You really need to take time and sift through it to know whats right for you. Then once you've devised a plan double check anything you're unsure of with atomic. If you find that overwhelming or confusing definately invest in a personalised plan from atomic as you will also receive coaching. I went down this road as although I spents days and days reading intially I found it easier to fill out a questionaire and have my plan done for me :) Let me know what acronyms you need help with :) oh and thought I should mention I'm struggling to conceive and am no longer swaying and just trying to get pregnant :)

Momamia, I hope you're able to finance IVF sooner rather than later. What would you be doing for work at a hospital? And I do think you could have Oed on CD16, I just lean slightly towards CD17. I would not be surprised if yiu got a BFP this cycle.

Jenny, when doing E4D, yes you'd BD on CD14 after having an attempt on CD10. Make sure you BD on CD18 as well in case you O later. Maybe on CD22 also.


Pinklady, I agree with everything Pbn3 said, except I personally think exercise should be done 12+w in advance like diet. It would help to have more info about you/DH. Just use the search function to look up things like the LE (low everything) diet, and I suggest reading all the stickied posts in the Gender Swaying and TTC a Girl forums.

All perfectly fine I hear, apart from not being able to keep hold of either of my transfers😰 I just have a low Amh which I found out means I have a premature decline in my ovarian reaerve. After all the stims and stuff I have to hope that there are still some quality eggs in there . To be honest ever since I found it it's made me feel like a shrivelled up old woman, it really hit me hard. I will have a read on site and see what I can find and send a pm to atomic as well about my plan xx. Thanks for your help and best of luck with the next baby ... Don't give up I'm sure a bfp is just round the corner. It's so hard and emotionally draining tho isn't it , the hoping, praying, waiting, crying, trying again!!!! All perfectly fine I hear, apart from not being able to keep hold of either of my transfers[emoji27] I just have a low Amh which I found out means I have a premature decline in my ovarian reaerve. After all the stims and stuff I have to hope that there are still some quality eggs in there . To be honest ever since I found it it's made me feel like a shrivelled up old woman, it really hit me hard. I will have a read on site and see what I can find and send a pm to atomic as well about my plan xx. Thanks for your help and best of luck with the next baby ... Don't give up I'm sure a bfp is just round the corner. It's so hard and emotionally draining tho isn't it , the hoping, praying, waiting, crying, trying again!!!! Hoping for some help to sway pink, no idea where to start and after two failed implantations with ivf we've ran out of money and I'm distraught at the thought of never having the baby girl I've always wanted. Hi and welcome! So sorry that IVF didn't work out for you.

Most current girl swayers here on Gender Dreaming are doing:

* LE diet for at least 12 weeks before attempt which is 1500-1800 calories, 40-50g protein, and 30-60g fat a day.
* Skipping breakfast.
* No snacking.
* Fiber supplement with meals.
* 60 minutes of cardio daily OR nothing at all.
* 1 attempt in fertile window (by BD every 4 days OR by BD once at +opk)
* Folic acid or folate only.
* Clomid if you can get it.
* Alcohol and caffeine daily.
* Olive leaf extract for DH.

Most have stopped doing antihistamines, Rephresh/Replens/Sylk, jump and dump, PH stuff, saw palmetto, and even vitex as they don't seem to sway much and only make conception harder.

Princess, consudering your recent history of spotting and possible polyp/uterine lining issue, I really would not be concerned by a little brown spotting, especially as your tests are progressing nicely. But I'm sorry it's stressing you out.

I was looking through my past charts, and only 7/12 cycles TTC while swaying have well timed attempts (I.e. no more than 4 days before O and at least 12 hours before O). That includes this month which I consider a fail bc hardly any semen from my early O day attempt made it inside me. Ugh!

PrincessMom I know it's hard not to but try not to compare the 10dpo to the 11dpo test. The one from today is darker but you're not going to see a huge difference because hcg takes 48-72 hours to double plus test sensitivity and amount of dye vary. FWIW the new FRER aren't as sensitive/don't have as much dye because I've noticed I tend to get better lines with the old style ones.

I hope you're able to get your levels checked for peace of mind and hopefully your bleeding stops soon.

Princess, try testing with a CB Digital (NOT the weeks estimator) tomorrow; if you get pregnant then your HCG is at least 50miu. FRERs and CB weeks are around 10miu.

Princessmom the lines look like they are progressing nicely, I am just amazed at the lines because in three pregnancies I never got a positive before day 14 past ovulation but I suppose we are all different. I think it is important that you compare this with your own previous pregnancies as I think you reported that you had similar spotting with one of your previous? if so I might just be normal for you in pregnancy, I never had any spotting ever in pregnancy so that would be a concern for me. Two of my friends were pregnant and one had a lot of spotting early on, we were so worried about it the other one had nothing but the text book pregnancy, the lady with the spotting is not 5 months in to her pregnancy with a healthy baby and the other lady had a missed miscarriage discovered at 10 weeks, so you just don't know. Also it does not seem like it has got any worse, I have never had a chemical or a miscarriage but I would presume that it would start to increase? I am keeping everything crossed for you. Maiden that is so frustrating that the timing was not optimal on so many attempts. I never had any problems getting pregnant but I bet now that am focusing so much on timing, it will take me ages, such a frustrating process x

Doc finally called and is doing a beta for me in 2 hours! I'm so glad!

I spot with all my pregnancies my first I spot one day around 8 weeks and had missed miscarriage found out at 12 weeks. Spot with my daughter and my youngest son for about 8 days straight at around 4-5 weeks, with my oldest I spotted further along. I spotted with my youngest whole pregnancy.

Just scared! And I have low pelvic pressure little side and back pain doesn't hurt just feel different so I'm trying to relax which is hard with 3 kids.

Princess, your lines are progressing nicely. Spotting is super common. I had it with both my pregnancies as well. The cervix is also super sensitive and bleeds easily so BD, etc can cause bleeding. I have at least one egg size fibroid (I can feel it easily when pregnant) and my boys' pregnancies were pretty normal, so I wouldn't stress about a possible polyp.

RE finally saw my Progesterone lab work from last Friday and wanted me to start supplementing. I argued about only be 4 DPO when I had the blood work so we agreed to get it rechecked today. Fingers crossed for a good number.

Tfahn what was it at 4dpo? My RE tested me at 5dpo and I guess they do it for everyone. That way if they don't like the number, they start them on progesterone just in case.

It was 9.37 at 4DPO, I think they were looking for it to be around 15-16 atleast. Do you know what your progesterone level was at 5 dpo?

Really hoping the number comes back higher today to avoid that decision.

As long as you take supplement you should be fine.

Can you see your labs online Princess Mom? I have a portal login for the hospital system and can see my lab results within 2-4 hours usually; its a great feature a lot of hospitals have been adding lately. I usually know the results before the doctor :)

Got the progesterone retest results. 9 DPO and they were only 2.94, They were 9.37 at 4 dpo. Guess I will see what the RE says tomorrow.

Really shouldn't of taken a clear blue digital regular one at 4pm darn it came up negative, I'm 12dpo I just should give up . Spotted again just now don't know if it's red or brown. First response was dark today maybe my urine was too diluted for clear blue digital , guess there nothing that can be done , my sway was awesome too ;( been veggie since thanksgiving! And been eating meat for 4 days , guess back to no meat again
