Meal plan question/alternate diet

I'm thinking of buying the LE 21 day meal plan but it was suggested the alternative/pcos diet might be more beneficial for me.(I have never been diagnosed pcos/IR just lots of weight to lose and and a few tiny symtoms)Which direction do I go? I need some ideas of foods/meals that would work the best for me and would the 21 day have that info?

There is a lot of info in the 21 day meal plan that anyone can use. Most everything in it is either ok on alt diets or could be easily tweaked by using wholegrain versions of similar products. You'd also have 10 g extra protein to play with.

I'd recommend the PCOS version for anyone more than just a little overweight.

No, it's more than that I believe. Sometimes people will show up, post a bunch of random stuff within the span of a few minutes, and then post a link to something they are selling trying to sneak it in without being noticed and I think that is what happened. I did not ban them because I'm not totally sure but that is my suspicion.
