Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I lost 21kg prior to my bfp
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
6 weeks Le and before that 3 months on a low carb diet (before I found out about LE and gender dreaming)
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes - usually intermittent fasting meant early dinner and 15+ hours until lunch
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He cut way down on meat and added soy milk and alcohol
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
vegetarian Le, lived off empty calories for 6 weeks. Lots of white toast, aspartame and weight watchers cakes and wine

I only intended to make 1 attempt but O'd later than I expected and thought the cut off would be too far. I used so much rephresh before and after my 2nd attempt I figured it was basically a contraceptive lol

My weight loss. The lack of cm at all in my cycle (I think it's the aspartame in my case) the fact I'm breastfeeding. The Le diet. The very shallow release and jump and dump
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I wish I had been on LE for longer. The 2 attempts. I would have liked to have done frequent release too
