Hi Atomic,
Question - i started to go vegetarian about a month ago and 60 min walking/running and my weight flew off - lost ~ 5lbs (about 115lb, petite in height) now. I don't have too much more weigh to lose maybe another 3-4lbs and was thinking of TTC in June. I want to continue to do cardo 6x/week at 60min. Anything to curb the weigh lose? Maybe continue vegetarian diet but incorporate some beans and things? I eat tofu, seitan and other things so protein should be ok. And I drink coco water so potassium is ok. (I just ate a brownie!) Thoughts?

For me, every time weight flies off while exercising, it means I need to count my calories. You can totally exercise and still get the benefits from it, without losing weight.

I would make sure you are getting 1600-1800 calories, fat 30-50g, and protein 40-50g. Also, if you're only eating twice a day, you may need to add another small meal somewhere to maintain your weight. You will probably only need to track for a few days before you get the hang of where you need to be.

Great job! You're doing fantastic- keep up the good work!!

I would up cals to 2000 but not increase fat or protein. If you end up gaining weight at 2000cals you can always decrease them later.
