Ultrasound pics for gender, please help?

New here - so I apologise if this is not the correct area, I have a 12 week scan for nub theory and also a 20 week scan picture of the gender, can anyone please tell me what I am having based on the two scans?

I can't see a nub in the 12 week pic, but bottom pic looks girl!
