So I swayed and fell pregnant in November however we had a missed miscarriage followed by a D&C on January 27th. Finally had my first cycle on February 23rd. We chose to wait until I had my first cycle per Atomics advice and my own wishes to make sure my lining was well enough. I do not chart my temperature as I don't sleep well. I used OPKs when we fell pregnant previously and I'm back to using them again. Since I've read that ovulation can be kind of screwy following a miscarriage we've kind of been doing the every 4 day method this time as well. We BD on Sunday after coming back from vacation so today (Thursday) it would make sense to BD again. My OPK today is much darker than it was at the beginning of the week but to me still not as dark as the second line either. Looking at the picture I've included would you ladies go ahead and BD again tonight or maybe wait until tomorrow night?

Sorry for your loss Imd :( I would probably stick to e4d at this stage then decide if you want to add an extra attempt at pos opk. Going by past use of opks how far would you say you're away from pos opk?

My best guess would be tomorrow or Saturday at most, mine usually don't stay dark that long. I only want one attempt that's why I'm so nervous :/

And thank you for the condolences. Overall I'm glad it was at least early enough where I hadn't found out the sex yet, I think that would have been a lot harder.

When in doubt, attempt. Better too early than too late.
You can even flip a coin if you can't decide!

I guess I'm just nervous of it being TOO early and missing out on this first cycle after the miscarriage. I know we don't know how much extra the miscarriage will sway but after 4 boys I'd love any extra help I can get. But based on the every 4 day method tonight would be the night.... Trying not to stress on this.

If you have an attempt and then think it was too early, then you can decide at that point if it is too early, and add an attempt. You can always have another attempt, but you can't go back in time and have an attempt before O (unless you have a time machine LOL)

I love your logic! And if I had a time machine money would not be an issue lol
