Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
In March 2014, ds3 (my sway opposite) was diagnosed with cows milk protein allergy, so I cut all dairy, soya & egg out of my diet as it was affecting him through my milk. I took advantage of this in February 2015 and cut out all meat and fish too. I was eating soya again by that point. I felt that my dairy-heavy diet really played a part in my sons' conceptions.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
I lived this girl-friendly lifestyle until September 2015 when I conceived, but didn't feel pressured as I knew I was nourished enough to breastfeed my toddler and maintain my weight without losing too much. With my 2013 sway I lost weight far too easily and quickly and needed to gain in order to conceive as I'd stopped ovulation.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
No change
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day
Any Diet Details?
In February 2015, I adopted a vegan diet and also stopped eating breakfast. I stopped snacking and drank 3 cups of black coffee every morning. I also drank around one pint of cider every evening. I ate around 12pm, 5pm & 8.30pm though I wasn't strict on times, just 3 meals a day. I didn't count calories but ate to hunger cues. I ate lots of vegetables, grains and junky veggie foods. I tried to avoid nuts & cereal.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
As I'd done LE for 7-8 months in 2013 & again in early 2015, counting calories strictly both times, I had a good idea of what I could eat. I knew I'd have to eat at the upper limits as I was breastfeeding.

Any relevant attempt details?
I had very little CM that month, only a tiny bit of EWCM. I actually thought I'd ovulated the week before. We weren't getting on at all, so it was a long abstain. We'd also been sleeping separately most nights as I still co-slept with ds3.

Not this time - I'd given up. I did with my sway in 2013 though.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I had given up on controlling conceiving and TTC as DH was as against a fourth child as I was desperate for a DD. We had a very strained relationship for at least a year, plus a young baby and two older boys. It was a very dark time for me, I tried my hardest to come to terms with never having another child and it tore me in two. I suffered with GD so much after ds3 was born, though I tried to hide it. I think I was depressed and in February 2015, I tried to secretly sway using exercise and strict calorie counting for LE but after 6 weeks, I'd lost too much weight again and worried everyone around me greatly. I knew I had to let go and if she was meant for me, she wouldn't go past me. I decided then to stop letting swaying affect every aspect of my life (as it did in 2012/13) and do what I could every day without it being noticeable. I had to let go and not have the perfect sway.
Ds3 was 21 months when I conceived and still breastfeeding every four hours or so. I think he was unwell around conception time, so my sleep was very disrupted and minimal. I felt like a wreck, emotionally and physically. I'd also injured my wrist and was on painkillers for tendonitis. It really was a perfect storm as DH & I had fallen out hugely the week prior when I thought that I was ovulating, but the stress must've delayed it until we made up! I didn't get my BFP until really late after DTD & it was very faint so I suspect I had a good cut-off and late implanter, which has never happened before. I have never felt so out of control of my life before this time and it was so out of character. I'd had my PPAF in January 2015, but then not again until August 2015. The breastfeeding on demand really affected my cycle.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I was worried that my attempt to sway in February/March 2015 would backfire as I'd had to gain weight around April/May & tried to get my cycle back by eating lots of nuts, nut butters, avocados etc.
Things worth mentioning:
For me, the key points of this sway were to let go of things that I couldn't control and only do what I could that wouldn't activate the 'perfect sway monster' in me. I chose to live the lifestyle I imagined that a typical 'girl mum' might rather than treating it as a diet with an end date in mind. I had no idea when my cycle would return or if DH would ever agree to TTC one more time, so I made the decision to just live like that in case we got lucky.
In an ideal world, I would've exercised too but I knew I couldn't keep the weight on, even by eating 2200 cals. I had to ditch the kitchen-sink sway attitude that was my undoing last time.
