If clear blue is negative in the morning, then positive late afternoon, when should the 3 attempts begin?
It says ovulation is in 24-36 hours, so do you want some of the attempts to be during ovulation or right before rather than a day before ?

At first +OPK...BD that night, next morning, and next night. So 3 attempts in 24 hours. GL!

Thanks!
So it's 'boy friendly' even if none of the attempts are on ovulation day?

O-1 and O-2 are best chances for conception. Harder to conceive on O day, you want the swimmers up there and nestled in to strike when eggie pops :)
Read the "Timing Doesn't Sway" essay if you want to know more about it...

For boy, TTC night of pos OPK, again the next morning if possible, and then again the next night (would be O day)
Timing doesn't sway and yes it is ok for you to have attempt the day before O.

Timing doesn't sway. Even if no attempts are on O Day, you can still get a boy (and with more than one attempt, you have a good chance of a boy.)
Most of us on here have 2-3-4 or more timing opposites. I got 3 of my 4 boys DTD 2 and 3 days or more before O Day and NONE of my boys on O day.
