I have 4 boys and I can't say I've ever been overly active. When I conceived my first I had been doing a lot of walking and hiking regularly but since then I really haven't done anything consistently. Bike rides with the kids and walking with strollers but certainly not regularly.
Can you get some little dumbbells and just do some weights while you watch TV? I think strength training is good for blue.

Heck yes! Aside from looking after the kids, I'm pretty much a coach potato. I'm naturally very thin and always have been. I don't gain weight easily. As a result, I've never been motivated to exercise or be active in organized sports, fitness groups, etc. This lifestyle gave me 2 boys! I'm sure other factors contributed to me having boys, but I wanted to reassure you that you CAN have boys with a low activity level.

I've always been pretty active to be honest; I'm one of those who struggles to sit down tbh and have always enjoyed exercise. When I conceived my boys, I typically did classes, like spinning, general Aerobics type classes and Pilates, which are rarely even an hour in length by the time you start then cool down again. I also only did them 3-4 times per week. I'm now doing cardio 6-7 times per week for my pink sway. I'd say it's most definitely possible to get boys doing nothing, I have plenty of friends who've had boys with sedentary lifestyles; my neighbour has two girls and was very inactive when she conceived them. For an actual blue sway though, I'd try and do weights if possible, and everything possible to optimise conception - that's what I did when I conceived all three boys!! Prenatals, evening primrose oil, legs/bum in the air after dtd, good nutrition and no skipping meals (frequent snacks), plenty of attempts at fertile times. Good luck!x

I have two boys and considered myself to be a couch potato. I did do cardio/strength workouts for a couple of months at one point BUT I stopped doing them about three months before conceiving DS2 so I don't think that exercise counts. Prior to DS1, I was very lazy and really didn't do anything other than light housework and before DS2, I had a toddler to chase after but still not very active. I know plenty of boy moms that aren't into fitness either.

I have 3 boys and have always been very active, energetic and busy. I have been exersicing aprox 3 times weekly plus some horseback-riding when I conceived my boys, but I have never pushed myself or doing marathon or that kind of intense exersice - only jogging and walking.

I've been pretty active when I got my boys.
My first boy I was in college and doing a lot of walking around. My second, I walked daily with my older boy in a stroller and also lifted weights a bit. My third, I had a very hard job and did a lot of hard work and heavy lifting and also exercised off and on. My 4th, I was the least active I guess but I did have a toddler I was chasing after constantly and two older boys too.
But that having been said you ALWAYS have a chance of a boy no matter what and I was also fairly active (although not actually exercising) when I got my daughter too. :)

With my 3 boys I never exercised but my lifestyle is busy, but never really getting the heart rate up for 60mins, heavy lifting because I'm the diyer in my house hubby is useless when it comes to diy. always finding something to do even to this day but I have added cardio now too.
this is the 1st time since leaving school at 16 (I'm 31 now) that I'm doing anything that you could call exercise.

I have a son and I never exercised. I was eating quite a bit about a month before my son was conceived. I ate potatoes and bananas everyday. Meat most days of the week. I'd say a lot of salty foods in general. And I do strongly believe I was ovulating on the day he was conceived. Hope this helps.

I exercised a ton and am pregnant with a girl -- literally hours and hours of weights, biking, hiking, volleyball.
