Please can anyone help? What foods am I ment to eat and stay clear of when TTC a girl??? Also I have read so many different views on when to DTD when TTC a girl. Am I ment to start as soon as my period ends and do it every single day up until 2 days Before O??? OR am I ment to do it every 4 days??

Please ANY information would really help :)

I like you guys to give it a shot with one attempt for a month or three before you go to e4d. I know in the stats e4d looks more effective BUT I believe that is because it has been primarily people with fertility challenges and/or those on diet longer than 12 weeks (usually much longer) that have used that method. One attempt is best, if you can get preggo that way, fabulous. If we go to e4d eventually, also geting good results, but let's try with one first. :)

Hello, Im so sorry im new to this all so Im a little confused at the terms :) Sorry if this is TMI... I last had my period 8 - 11th March. And had EWCM on 19th March. So I think im out of the fertile window.

You mentioned you want me to "to give it a shot with one attempt for a month or three before you go to e4d" Firstly what does E4D mean?? And I havnt even started dieting.. I just so desperately want a wee girl to join my family :( Please can you help me Atomic sagebrush to achieve my dream? Let me know what I need to do. Please :)

No i didn't do any swaying with any of my previous children. They were all surprises or just not taking any precautions to really prevent. Im currently swaying girl. ☺

For this month you are but we can plan for next month. There is no TMI here LOL.

Every 4 days is unprotected sex every 4th day through the whole cycle. This is an easier way to go but may be slightly more blue friendly than one attempt so we like to see if you can get pregnant with one attempt first.
