I do think B6 sways boy and I highly doubt it would help you anyway. Sounds like the dr wanted to try placebo IMO. I'd actually suggest trying Vitex, that can help with PM issues and also sways pink.
I don't recommend myoinositol unless you have PCOS or strong tendencies towards PCOS. Do you have long/irregular cycles? Are you overweight? I've never heard of inositol helping with PMS etc and highly doubt it would. If you are at all PCOS i do think it is good for pink though.

:agree: vitex has helped me with PMS when I take starting after O and going through 5-7 days afer that. I also have bad mood swings during that time. DO NOT take vitex from AF-O though. I found that actually made my PMS worse when I took it like that. From O-5-7 DPO works for me.
It is not your testosterone that is the issue. Testosterone has been proven in studies to NOT affect female personality. It's fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone that do it (which are totally natural BTW) so please don't worry that your sway is in any jeopardy.
B6 takes months to work and you have to take it nonstop. I think it does nothing for PMT anyway and would certainly not help when taken for a week only.
Inositol has to be taken at a very high dose to even possibly help with mood disorders and I know someone who did themselves some harm taking it that way. I agree with Maiden I only recommend fro those with mod/severe PCO and lots of weight to lose.

Thank you both for your replies, its a relief for you to say it wont effect my sway and that its is not testosterone because i wondered if that was what contributed towards me getting my two wondeful boys. Im 142lbs and im 5'3 so im top end of my bmi but not classed as over weight, ive lost 10lb since january on weight watchers/LE. I have 29 day cycles, i always ovulate on day 14, i spot days 28, 29 and then full on day 30 (which i then think they class as day 1) every months the same i dont have no pcso symptons. Since january ive been skipping breakfast, only eating lumch and dinner eat lots of vegetables fruit rice some cheese and limited amounts of chicken im struggling to be full vegetarian. I havent had no red meat fish potatos tomatos or bananas since christmas and im taking 800 folic acid. Ive been exercising to and all of this is the complete oposite when ttc my boys. I will start taking vitex after oand drop b6, is there anything else i should or shouldnt be doing? I only drink evian water and 3 or 4 diet cokes a day. i really apprecite your advice thank you

You can have tomatoes and potatoes and bananas, that idea doesn't hold any water.
Can you ask me specific questions, it's really tough to reply to very vague q's like that. :) Happy to help just need a place to start.

Thank you my only concern was the b6, im exstremly anxious about my sway as this is my last and i just want to cover all bases even if it takes a few months or a year to concieve as im in no rush i start ttc in 6 weeks. Silly question but do you think orange juice/oranges could sway? 2 of my very close friends that have boys cut out the rubbish (fast food, prosessed food etc) went on a very healthy diet full of fruits especially orange juice, vegetables, salads lost weight and have gone on to have girls. I had a terrible diet before having a chinese, indian, mc donalds fish and chips etc every week and i gained weight before concieving my boys. Now ive gone down the healthy root to but then i worry thats boy friendly as my body wont think its being deprived as its all healthy stuff i think i eat about 13 pieces of fruit/veg a day. Thank you

The best study ever done on diet and gender of baby conceived showed that it's NOT healthy foods per se, but OVERALL nutrient intake and there is PLENTY of nutrients in takeaways!!!
We started off worrying about nutrients in foods but quickly found that it was calories, protein, and fat that matter the most and things like fruit, veg, salad, even though we've been programmed to think of them as "healthy" really don't affect a sway negatively. There is healthy for heart health and cancer prevention (usually very low fat, lower cal) and then healthy for fertility where you need a fairly high intake of cals, protein and fat. It is only the latter that sways blue, not the former.
NO foods sway on their own. It is not the oranges or orange juice that did anything. Switching from a high cal, high fat/protein diet ot a more veg/fruit based one will sway pink.

Those drinks are fine for pink. As for oranges, provided you eat WHOLE oranges, not juice, I think they're great for pink. As are tomatoes, potatoes, and bananas.

All alcohol is seeming to sway pink. Just have what you like.
