Hi,
So i've been going vegetarian since early Feb and running/walking 60minutes/day x 5-6 days per week (I try for 6x a week). The weight flew off. I'm now managing my current weight which is almost at its lowest. I plan to try in June or after that. I have a party this coming weekend. There will be a lot of yummy food - do you think I can cheat and have some seafood (lobster, fish) asian style? I might just have to! Any thoughts?

Party's and meals out I so have too cheat... Mother's Day, my hubby and children took me to a dessert palor, I couldn't resist. I think cheats are ok as long as you stay within your limits.
I'm going to pinch something atomic said...
"It's only one day. Don't forget, cheating is not only allowed but encouraged. just let it go and regroup the next day."

Cheats are ok now and then. There is no sense in completely depriving yourself. And you're still a few months from TTC, it won't hurt. Enjoy :)

Yes it's fine and it's not even a cheat if you fit in limits for the day.

Plus, anything that far out is not a cheat anyway.
