Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Skipped breakfast every day, stopped drinking green tea and drank peppermint instead, Low everything diet within reason, had a few cheats. Drank more milk than usual. Supplements were cranberry tablets, vitex and calcium.

Comments regarding DH's diet-
Cut down on red meat and coffee (didn't cut out completely) and drank Diet Coke
DId you consume alcohol? No
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I cutback
Any Diet Details?
Low everything along with adding more calcium (milk, cheese). Lost about 1kg but am a small person anyway. Skipped breakfast every day

I feel as though I tried most things that were important in the month. So lucky it worked!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Diet wasn't as strict as most people do
Things worth mentioning:
Shallow release really helps I believe. For Sperm to swim further. Skipping breakfast and changing a few little things along with adding supplements plays a big part I believe..
