Yes

HE(High Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Huge change in diet. Used to have very little fat. 3 meals a day, never snacked and always a very long time between dinner and breakfast (14+ hours)

For the past 5 months I have followed HE -

Breakfast as soon as I got up

Mid morning snack - usually full fat greek natural yoghurt with seeds/nuts and fruit.

Lunch - Cheese, cucumber, avocado, boiled egg, tomato, seeds and nuts, wholegrain bread/crackers

Afternoon - snacking constantly on fruit, veg, nuts, breadstick dipped in nat yog - always did protein and carbs together.

Dinner - ate a lot more meat and a huge amount of vegetables.

Before bed another protein and carbohydrate snack (9ish hours between snack and breakfast)

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

Started changing it about 5+ months ago I think with it becoming more and more HE as time went on

Did you skip breakfast regularly? No

Did DH change his diet with you?
No except that I cook for him so he got a lot more meat and vegetables.

DId you consume alcohol?
1-2 drinks at the weekend

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I have never drank tea or coffee.

Any Diet Details?
I didn't add up my protein, fats etc but it was a huge difference to normal. I really was quite scared of fats before! And would only allow myself cheese maybe once or twice a week. Now I was having it everyday along with full fat milk and full fat yogurt. Also changed from margarine to butter.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?.

Weight/BMI leading up to O was 138-140 pounds, it was definitely 140 in the 2ww wait.

About a month before conception I realised I should be doing weights! So I did start start then but only really manged to do a 10 minute dumbbell workout 4-5 times a week and only got decent heavy weights for about 3 weeks before conception.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Diet and pattern of eating was very different to my pre swaying diet. Huge change in the way I ate and the amount of protien, fats and nutrients plus taking supplements was new to me too. Length of time on diet was long too.

I've been very happy and relaxed too in the last few 3 months :-)

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Didn't gain much weight

Didn't add in weights until very/too late.

BD pattern/didnt have multiple attempts around O and probably only just the one :-(
