Hi

Just wondering if anyone has changed from couch potatoe to exercising whilst doing LE??? Ive been on LE since early Feb and i have not lost an ounce of weight. I have NOT put on either.. But i just dont loose anything and im wondering if cardio would be better suited for me. Obviously only i know that.. but it will take a massive amount of effort to fit it in every day... I dont have a cross trainer nor a treadmill but im starting to think i should invest in one, i could do with some weight loss although im not over weight if that makes sense.

Me! I had a baby though at the end of November. I started LE diet, with snacks, in February. I've dropped the last snack! I started exercise slowly by walking my DS1 to school (12min each way) for a total of 48min a day at the middle of this month. Yesterday, I began the 60min by walking him to school and continuing until I reach 60+ min. I wear my DS3, who is 4mo in a front carrier while I push my DS2, who is almost 3yrs, in a stroller.

So far so good! I'm going to stretch today though, whew! My DS3 is 16lbs so it's quite the workout! When it gets a bit warmer, we will walk from DS1's school to a park with a nice walking trail for an hour and end up at the huge park at the end of the trail to let my DS2 play for a bit. Then we will walk home, which will be bonus exercise!

I too couldn't lose weight until I started exercising. I've lost 6lbs so far and 16 more to go!!

FX and GL to you!!

I did. I started LE in May/June and then added in my walking 50/60 mins a day from mid July until October/November I slowed down to 4 days a week and then a bfp in December and just found out I'm expecting a girl. You should try to if you can, it may make all the difference for you if your body haven't been used to doing it. Good luck!

hi! I started LE in Feb also (maybe i wasn't eating enough) and I started cardio / treadmill 5x a week. My weight fell off way too fast and I lost 7lbs in under 2 months. Now cardio is about 5-6x a week for 65minutes. It might be worth investing in a treadmill. There is an inexpensive one on Amazon by weslo that works great. Hoping to ttc this summer... June.

Thanks ladies. Im going to start cardio toward end April. Only plan on ttc in June so hopefully that is enough time. im deffo not going over in calories so it must be that i need to add some cardio. I love running so i think a treadmill is the way to go for me.

A lot of people have done this!! The benefits of exercise to your sway have been so great that I think it's worth a shot for anyone who can do it.
