Day 3 on this journey!
Just trying some stuff out that I've read on here and looking forward to getting my plan in the coming weeks!
I'm wondering how to get 2500-3500 of potassium.
I ate a banana yesterday (it's okay TTC girl?!) but it's only 450. I felt like I had a ways to go and only dinner left! I also drank a coconut water but still only 1,1000.
Also is it better to do a ton of cardio or none?
I'm very active with my boys (walking, playground, city life) and end up moving for about 2 miles a day. Only opp I have for extra cardio is running in place in my apt. I'm petite but not suuuuper tiny (5'3"/116-118lbs) and lose weight easily.
Any suggestions?
Also - do I stop drinking wine after O thru to AF?
Thanks!

A lot of foods have potassium so you're probably getting more than you realize. Bananas are NOT a magic boy food. Since you're a Dream Member (thank you!) in the LE Diet section of the Dream Members forum you'll find a post called "Guide to Potassium" and there are a lot of ideas in there.
60 min. a day of cardio is best results but if you can't do it, you can't. Lots of us (including myself) got girls without it.
Whether to drink after O is up to you. You need to do what you feel comfortable with. no one really knows if it's safe before implantation occurs. Personally, I think it is (at the light level we use alcohol), but that was a choice I could make for myself, I wouldn't want to make that choice for anyone else. If you do drink after O then I'd test sooner rather than waiting to miss AF.

Ok thank you! I'll read up on potassium.
The excersice thing confuses me simply because normally just living in the city - I move around soooo much. So adding the 60minutes in has been working for the past 5 days but not sure I can keep it up.
If not - I think it would keep me in the 'moderate' exercise level which I read sways boy.
In the past when I conceived my sons - I was always unaware of how much I ate and/or exercised. I just lived and was happy w my figure - so didn't think much about it.
Now - the conscious effort is what is different for me. It's challenging but it's nice to be on here and supported!

Did you find the thread?? I can post a link but for the Dream Members stuff I sometimes don't like to do that because then people who aren't DM can't get the link to work. But I'm happy to do that if you can't find it easily.
If exercise didn't have such great, and consistent results I wouldn't push it as much as I do (because I couldn't do it either!!) If you can't do it, then that is ok and I can assure you, it's still possible to get a girl without it.

Thanks! We were at a birthday party all day. All girls - my son was the only boy invited. Haha!
I will happily look around for post. I love reading about everything. If I can't find in a few days I'll ask again.
Great - I'll do the exercise. I am managing 60 min but just running in place in my home! Should I be like jump roping?!
