I've been using PH test strips and testing my CM and urine. I found that my CM is very acidic(below 5.0) and my urine is more at 7.0. Seems as though my ph has risen since I've added fruits and vegetables to my diet. Although I usually only have a serving of corn and a medium green apple peeled. Oh and I've been adding two baked potatoes in my diet to get enough potassium. Should I just stay away from fruits and vegetables? Or does PH(urine) even count? I've also decided while sticking to the LE diet to also go vegetarian as well. No meat, eggs, nuts, and occasionally have a banana. I'm just not too sure about these things. What do you all think?

Most people come here testi g their ph because it says to on other sites, but when they come here and read the evidence that ph doesn't sway, they drop testing! Checkout atomics essays she is a wealth of information.

We think it's more down to the diet and exercise! If you have any question feel free to ask, also we have a exercise and diet thread, if you would like to join us for motivation and a chat and laugh. Keeps some of us on track by coming on and recording what we do/eat each day!

Ph is not worth even thinking about. Especially not of urine!
Vegetarian or even better vegan, is fantastic for pink. But you can totally have bananas, vegetables, potatoes, as well as nuts in moderation/within fat protein and calorie limits, and eggs on occasion/within limits are okay too. Focusing on keeping fat low, especially saturated fat and fat from animal sources, and protein low, as well as overall calories, rather than eating or not eating specific foods. Though there are a few foods that are so rich in fat, protein, and blue friendly nutrients (vit D and iron esp), such as red meat, fatty fish, egg yolks, butter, that avoiding them or greatly reducing them makes sense.
Diet, exercise/lack thereof and lifestyle are the big sway factors like BR said,

No one is supposed to test their pH for swaying anyway. No site recommends doing that, even the ones that really believe in pH. Only pH of CM matters.
NO NO NO you should not stay away from fruit and veg.
Potatoes are NOT magic boy foods, that idea has been totally debunked with 50-50 boys and girls even in countries and cultures where potatoes are a staple. I ate tons of them when I TTC my daughter!
