20 wk ultrasound: Is this really a girl?

I have 2 boys and was expecting to be told it is another boy. The tech seemed certain it was a girl, but I couldn't probe a lot as my kids were in the room and we are keeping it a secret to everyone and my oldest would blab if he knew the gender. I am just not convinced and want some other opinions. It looks much different from my son's ultrasound picture, but still afraid to buy anything girl. Thanks for opinions!

Looks like a definite girl to me with those stark white lines! Congratulations!!
