Thanks Atomic for offering to help me with my sway and to anyone else who wants to make any suggestions.
I purchased a plan from Atomic in April 15 and I started on the LE Diet in May, but was only going to start TTC’ing in October. Up until now I have stuck with the LE Diet with no luck conceiving thus far.
To Recap:
Started off at 45kgs – 155cm tall – now down to 40kgs – chose the couch potato option
Went completely vegetarian (no meat), eggs occasionally. (May through to Jan)
Skipped Breakfast – but had 2 cups of coffee, half a sugar in each (started off doing skim milk, but in Feb switched back to full fat, as per your recommendations)
Folic Acid – started taking Fibre but then stopped
Meal 1: round 10:30 /11am
3 slices of white toast with margarine and plum jam
Meal 2: round 2:30pm
Cruskits/ sandwich with cucumber, lettuce and cheese or salad wrap or sweets/chocolate with coke
Zero or/and an apple
Meal 3: round 6pm / 7 pm – would alternate between the below meals
White rice with either some or all of this veg (broccoli/ zucchini/mushrooms/ cauliflower / corn)
Pasta with sauce
Baked Potato, margarine, teaspoon of mayo with veg
Or just sides of whatever the family were having, but no meat
Or salad (Iceberg lettuce/ cucumber/ grated carrot/cheese)
A piece of white chocolate
2 glasses of sweet white wine – every night
No snacking!
In Feb you suggested I have 4 / 6 eggs a week and add in 1 serve of red meat – which I have been doing, but only have about 4 eggs a week. Having full cream milk in my coffee. You also suggested zinc and iron.
We started off doing 1 attempt at +OPK, but that was not really working because in 1 of my cycles in Jan I think – I had 7 days of very positive opk’s (which appeared to look like it could be PCOS, but I didn’t really have any other symptoms of PCOS), so thought I would try E4D method, less stress, tried that for Feb & March, now trying E3D method. I don’t get to do these methods all the time as hubby goes away for work sometimes, but I try and stick to it as best as I can. I do use Sylk, I need to use it as the longer the BD goes on, the more chance of me O’ing, so I try to make it quick, but I use very little, just a tiny amount to get in (TMI - sorry)
I have tried temping but, I have broken sleep so my temping records are not great but I keep trying to see if I can see any patterns.
My cycles are pretty spot on, vary between 24 – 26 days every month, normally 26.
We were also doing FR, but now just do whatever we can, when we can (hubby is 43)
He smokes and drinks (not much exercise)
Well, I think that’s everything from my side. If you can think of anything you can suggest, I will be willing to try.
It’s very important for me to try for my Girl and not just a baby (I know that nothing is guaranteed) and that’s what has kept my motivation going on the LE Diet, but I think the weight loss might be an issue??? I am used to the diet now and don’t mind it much. I do enjoy a cheat. Recently I have started having a chicken cheat once a week as well as the red meat cheat, helps break up my week of meals, but the portions of meat are very small because I don’t want to go over on protein.

Thanks very much, appreciate the help/ advice

Please give me at least a few days before bumping, since I go from oldest to newest all you do is push it back up to the top of the rotation and it makes it take longer for me to answer.

Do you have a tally on your protein, fat, and cal intake?? This seems very low in fat and protein to me.

Sylk has to go and at this point I would have you add in female O anyway to hopefully up odds of conception.

I would have you do e3 or 4d plus one attempt the day before you think you're Oing now. You don't need to do OPK if they aren't working for you, just your best guess. I personally think e4 plus one works better than e3 because the timing can still be off with e3 sometimes making it outside of the fertile window.

If that doesn't work we may think about

The most important thing now is that we get the weight under control NOW. 40 kg is unacceptible and I would LOVE to see you regain back at least 1 kg of weight NOW. Please don't worry about your sway, it won't undo your sway to regain a tiny amount of weight. You may need it.

Keep going with the chicken cheat.

Atomic, u asked about my totals. Here are some photos of when I have tracked for the week, I know I am too low in the protein dept! Guess that might be my problem.

Hi pink pony! Way back when I first started on le diet I initially had trouble hitting the required protien levels too until I got the hang of it :) In the meantime I found a protien bar really high in protien but low in fat that I could have a quarter or half (never a full bar) of if I didn't reach the required amounts. However its a protien/antioxidants bar so I'm not sure it was even suitable pink swaying wise. I stopped using it after a few weeks once I was able to reach limits with 'normal food'. I'll attach a pic of the bar plus its nutritional values so atomic can say what she thinks and if its something to consider. I just bought them from a 'disount drugstore' phamarcy branch in my local area. Your in Australia? May be something to consider if atomic gives it the ok?http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160422/552b3483690ba5365a3e5b1ead2f5be2.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160422/bd0efa2edbc9f6ce4e4cadbf622b7674.jpg

Protein needs to be 40-50 g and fat needs to be 30-60. Yes much too low at least the one day.

As a general rule you'd want to hit totals without resorting to anything fortified but in emergency situation those bars are fine.

Pink Pony, what app did you use to track your carbs, fat, and protein? I've been looking for an app like that! [emoji3]

Its my fitness pal. If u go to the tab on the bottom right of the screen " more" click on nutrition, it then puts your input data of foods into a bar graph under those categories.
