Sorry if this has been asked before!
Is it better to take prenatal vitamins or a daily multi vitamin and supplement with folic acid ( I know you have to add extra FA either way)
Any blue Aussie swayers who can recommend what they are taking. I can't take Elevit due to the added Iron.
Thanks 😀

I think these are available in Aus. https://www.oneaday.com/womens they are just normal vitamins but they have everything in them that prenatals do. This is my go-to recommendation for TTC a boy.

Thanks purple and AS. AS - It looks like I can get the one a day from ebay, but they will expire soon so will keep looking. In the meantime I think I will use up what I have and switch to something else once done.

The only thing I was wondering if the Pure Encap. 950 is too much RDA %?

Yes it's far too high, with 100x more than the recommended amount and in one case 1000x more. Great catch, thanks!
Some people's bodies are better than others at dealing with excess nutrients - the same level of intake could make someone else very sick.
I would stick with the good ol' 100% DRV of all these things except folic/folate and Vit. D. :)

This is the other one people were taking, it seems to be better balanced plus its label as prenatal
thoughts?
