Who is on Folate and where did you buy it? I have found loads on-line but not sure which to go for. Im sure any of them are fine.. but wouldn't mind any input x

I use Solgar Folate 800 mcg, you can buy it on Amazon, bodykind actually quite a few places online.

I found this one actually on bodykind - Solgar Folate 400mcg - As Metafolin - 100 Vegan Tablets. This sounds like what you said..
Do you only take 800mg?

No, my sway plan says 1000 but I take 3000/4000 most of the time. Also swaying girl's and i've gone vegan so i'm not getting great nutriment from my foods so take a higher dosage because i'm nearly 36 also.
