Hey Ladies...
Other than Diet, Cardio, and trying hard to NOT STRESS lol, what other methods and strategies are you using to sway?
I think I am going to look into the New Moon info and take an antihistamine first before we DTD.
What else are you doing?

I'm drinking LOTS of coffee and having alcohol every night. I was thinking about taking an AH before BD'ing but I'm a little leery now just b/c I've noticed such a decrease in the amount of CM I've had since starting swaying. So I'm still on the fence with that. I was also thinking about having DH take a hot bath right before but we never plan sex (it's almost always a spontaneous thing) so I'm not sure how that would even work. I feel like it would probably take a lot of the fun out of it too. And DH really isn't a bath person. I don't think he has ever taken a bath in the 12 years we've been together! lol And I think I just talked myself out of that idea!
I really think diet is key and not even a super-strict diet, but just an easy-going approach to it. I'm such a Mary anyway that it really makes me think diet is the most important thing.

Oh, I'm also taking fiber supplements just about everyday.

Le diet - more pcos style, 2-3 meals per day, no snacking, long fast overnight, 99% vegetarian,
Exercise - cardio for an hour most days, aim for 7/7 but not always possible with long shifts,
Folic acid - 1600mcg per day
Fibre - with most meals as and when I remember
Coffee - lots of it to get me through the day with no food/snacking
Sex - just doing every 4 days throughout the month
Can't think of anything else at the moment but I'm sure there's other bits in there too! Lol x

Are you ladies taking fibre to help with your sway or because you need to take it for personal reasons on the LE diet?

Fiber before fatty meals or meals that contain a lot of fat soluble nutrients, Vitamin A, D, E, K, help prevent their absorption.

Thanks for sharing I didn't know that!
What type of fibre are you taking?
Like a metamusil?

How many days are in-between E4D? would there be 2 days in between or 3 days in between?
So say pretend I were to DTD today (Saturday, day #1), would my next attempt be Tuesday(ON day #4), or Wednesday(4 days apart)?
Is DH releasing on his own in between? or on DTD days?
Thanks!

That or Benefiber since it is tasteless and completely dissolved in liquid.

Every 4 days has three days in between attempts. For example, attempt on Monday and then an attempt on Friday. The attempts are all unprotected and DH releases with you for the attempts or whatever he normally does [emoji6] in between.

Follow dosing guidelines on bottle but start off with smallest dose possible. Over time, if you want to, you can increase this SLIGHTLY but you will never need to use the very high max doses on the fiber bottle because those are meant for people with chronic constipation and/or using it to lower cholesterol
