To go team green or not

Hi everyone, I am 7 weeks. My past 3 pregnancies were miscarriages. Honestly I was so anxious to find out gender but did end up miscarrying.

My last pregnancy was a chemical sort pregnancy and I am pregnant again without ever getting another period.

Thing is this time I feel more relax with gender, meaning I want this baby to be a girl so bad, especially since my dd threw a fit the other night when my husband and I were talking about buying the boys a trundle bed. She just start crying that it isn't fair that when is she going to have a sister.

What I mean is, some reason deep down inside I feel like I won't make myself go mad because this baby might in fact be a girl. Honestly only time I had this feeling was with my DD.

I do get scared cuz I have indigestion and heartburn, but I even would get it during ovulation, and when I was young. I had a small touch of it with my dd and more with the boys.

This time my symptoms go away and come back. I honestly just don't feel pregnant, so strange how every pregnancy is so different.

The bad taste n my mouth went away and I think it's coming back lol

Hi princess mum, congrats on your pregnancy! I'm team green for this pregnancy and I can see benefits for going each way as I found out with my son. I did find it easier to bond with the baby knowing the sex and names and planning was definitely easier. The not knowing is killing me at the moment, I'm tempted to find out, but I've come so far, I feel like I would be 'cheating' now!

I asked DH today about going team green and he immediately said nope! lol He said it's fine if I don't find out but he has to...he just can't wait! I'll probably end up wanting to know though, I have no willpower. lol I wanted to be team green initially with DS2 but I'm so glad I didn't because I had GD with him after being SO sure he was a girl. I was able to deal with my GD while pregnant and it only lasted for a couple of weeks then I was excited again. If I'd have waited until he was born, I'm afraid I might have experienced that sadness then instead of just enjoying my new baby.

Yeah I really would need to know if it's a girl. I need to go buy so much stuff haha, my husband tells me he needs to work extra so I can buy her all dresses lol.
I just get so happy and would love to have another girl for my dd to have her best friend in life.

I am so mad at myself for not doing one attempt. But my son was one attempt.
And I been on LE diet from day after thanksgiving and I lost a ton of weight and just was unhappy and had polyp issues and very low iron. I just pray it worked!

Like you said Princessmom, diet seems to override number of attempts for you. I think you have a great chance at having another girl. :) Best of luck and pink dust!

Team green 5 times and found out w this one. I actually didn't share w anyone irl except dh. It is fun letting people guess and thinking they are so right lol and just a fun surprise in general. Either way you can't go wrong. I think kids like guessing too and like you will love babe when they meet him/her.

I really enjoyed going TEam Green with my first two but I am SO thankful I found out with DS 3 because I wuld have been devastated to find out "she" was HE!!

Personally I feel like if GD is present it's better to find out, I know others have had different experiences but that is what worked best for me.
