Lime for girl sway??

I keep changing my mind on my sway im all up in arms about what i will be doing! It changes from one month to the next. I am now thinking about using lime in my sway..... What is the best way to use it and when?? I will be using rephresh in my attempt so is using both too much or ok? Do i make up a lime douche or do i have d/h release into a cup and mix lime with it ? I am so confused what to do with the lime!? Can anyone please help me?

I wouldn't do both lime and RepHresh- one or the other. The lime will do a one-off lowering pH, the RepHresh will not lower as drastically as a one off, but will last longer and keep the pH at the best level. With the lime, you risk it being too low and killing off all the swimmers.
If you want to use lime, the douche is probably less risky.

I agree with rainbow that it's probably not a good idea to use lime and Rephresh together. Rephresh adheres to the walls of the vagina to react with everything it comes into contact with to 'balance' the pH back to around 4.5-5. This is a good thing when EWCM and semen come on to the scene (especially if you're frequent BDing) but if you introduced something with a very low pH, like lime, in theory the Rephresh would increase your pH back up to 4.5-5. If you want to add something right at the point of your attempt I would consider Sylk, which has a low pH but not so low that it's not compatible with Rephresh, and is less stressful and potentially testosterone raising to co-ordinate than the lime option!

I used a lime soaked tampon when i was ttc my last baby and i got pregnant the first month but it was very stressfull mixing,checking the ph and all that and i would never do it again,I think Rephresh is a much better option. Fwiw i was very sore and irritated and dry and i felt puffy inside if that makes sense and i think maybe i started getting a yeast infection and most likely in turn caused my ph to spike high trying to fix it so the lime ended up being useless as far as ph went.

Thanks girls for your advice, I think I will just stick to using the rephresh then. I pretty much just want to do things that are easy and yes I see a lime tampon and things like that would be very stressful!!

I LOVE the RepHresh for that very reason, because it's so easy and you don't have to stress over it. But here are the directions for using lime douche/lime tampon for anyone who wants to read them (if only to say, dang, I don't want to do that!!)
