I am on the LE Diet and I mainly only eat breads, rice, and TONS of vegetables with a very small amount of dairy. I am a bit nervous I might be eating too many vegetables. I find it helps me not snack and stay fuller longer. Is there any restructuring I should be aware of in terms of how many servings of vegetables I should eat? I seriously eat a mountain of vegetables. I love them.

I am keeping within the limits of 1500 cals, 40g of fat and 40g of protein. But I'm just nervous I'm getting too much nutrition.

I ate a ton of vegetables -- I'm having a girl.

Macros are ultimately the most important. Keeping fat lower hinders absorption of nutrients as well.

What are macros?
Okay good to know. I am taking the vegetarian route with a bit of cheese here and there for flavour.

Congratulations on your successful sway!!

Veggies are FREE. Unlimited. you do not need to count or restrict them at all.

WE originally started off thinking maybe we should try to restrict vegetables and/or eat only lower nutrient ones but our results showed that the nutrients in them really don't amount to anything at all and are fine. If you have a choice between lower and higher nutrient veg, if all things are equal, pick the lower nutrient ones. But that doens't mean you can never or SHOULD never have more nutritious ones. We just have not found that to matter at all.

Haha, trust me -- very unintentional sway. Desperately wanted a boy but ended up with a girl before I knew swaying existed ;) But thank you!

And macros are macronutrients: protein, carbs and fat (some consider fiber one, too). Micros, or micronutrients, are vitamins, etc. So calcium, Vitamin C, etc.
