Hello :)
Just had my 8 week 2 day ultrasound yesterday :)
Was reading and wondering if this Ramzi Theory is accurate? Annnnd just for fun if you would pretty please mind taking a look at my scan pic and telling me what you think the gender of my baby will be going by Ramzi Theory?
It was an abdominal ultrasound if that means anything also :)
Thank you so much xx

After having seen people pay Dr. Ramzi himself $10 to read their ultrasounds and he guessed WRONG, it's impossible for me to believe it any more. Additionally if it was right I think lots more ultrasound clinics would be using it!
Cute little baby tho!!

I think part of the problem is his study was done at 6 weeks and it was transvaginal in the transverse plane and most of the time people just have a printout from a later gestation and no indication of how/where it was imaged. His theory was only based on a very narrow, specific criteria. It may very well be as accurate as published, but it could just as easily not. It was never studied at a later gestation nor in different planes so that could be affecting the guesses and driving up the error rate.

Here is what I keep coming back to in my mind - all that having been said, why isn't every place doing it? If it's true it would be revolutionary and all of us know about it so I know they do too. So why don't they do it that way? That is the real reason I have a very difficult time buying into it.

Thanks for taking the time reading my post ladies :) I also wasn't sure how much truth was behind it... Is there a lot of truth behind nub theory? If I post my 12 week ultrasound (When I get there) will anyone be abl to determin gender from that? :)
