So I am 8 weeks now, and I been 109 at start of year well 112 then drop to 109 could of been a fluky time but then two weeks after I went back to my weight I been since September 112-114. I'm now 119! How is this possible well other day it read 122 and now 119. Could the weight gain be from going of LE diet and eating meat? I don't eat that much but I actually eat a proper lunch and dinner plus I'm bloated. I struggle to lose the pregnancy weight my from my son and I just don't want to gain 50 pounds again. So I am still working out and eating as healthy as possible.

Here is the thing. I am personally of the mind where when you're pregnant, you needs ta grow dat baby. So it's really not the time to start worrying about the amount you're gaining. 10 lbs is not that big a deal, you were underweight when you got pregnant and you probably needed a little padding. Petite people may have to gain more than people who have some weight to spare because your body wants to have some reserves.
The jump up to 122 is in normal fluctuations. Since you were 119 before and 119 after, it was water weight or food in your stomach.
50 lbs is nothing!! Many of us gained that much and beyond. I gained 80 lbs with my 4th and 50 with all the others (at least!) :)

I did that going off the LE diet when I first got preg afterward too. In fact, I was 7 wks when I lost that little one, and I'd already gained 10 lbs. Some bodies react really quickly to getting the extra calories after dieting and try to hold onto every last bit. Not fair, but it happens. I wouldn't worry too much though. Just because you gained right away doesn't mean you'll keep gaining at that rate.
