Hi! Just left an ultrasound, I'm 13w4d. The tech is my friend, she thinks boy but wants me to come back next week to confirm. I thought I'd post just to see what you guys think!
Thanks in advance!

This is the shot from underneath that makes her think it's a boy. It's a screenshot from video so not great quality unfortunately.

I thought the nub looks a bit girly, is that just me??
I am not convinced potty shots at this stage are the best way to go.

I know, I wish it was clearer. I'm going back in Tuesday, but nub should not be there anymore right at 14 weeks? I can't even see a nub, but I'm not very well versed in looking for them.

I thought that it was early for a potty shot, but she was only looking at potty shots when mentioning gender, and didn't say anything about a nub, or what could be seen from a profile shot. Wish we could see more of a nub in the picture!

Geez I couldn't firm one or the other..I don't feel there is a clear nub shot and I agree, far too early for a potty shot.

will you explain to me what that is, or maybe show me on my image? I just have no idea anything about ultrasounds! She said the baby's legs were tightly crossed, so that's why she went off a potty shot.

Ok you need to look up (or someone post a link for me please!) there is a poster called something like "it takes three" and I think her post is called "is tech wrong" and there's a poll on it?? I just replied to it today so it should be right at the top. She posted a potty shot that looked JUST like that (and it was much further along like 15 weeks or something) and it was a GIRL. (I totally guessed boy)

I don't think the potty shot means a thing at this stage. However I think the nub looks short and angled so I'd gently prepare to hear boy xxx

Yes thanks Bunny!! That was at 15 weeks! And now today I just saw another one like this too so I am just saying, don't give up hope yet.

I think I saw a stacking nub on your video. I can't tell from the potty shots, too much movement and arrows in front of important bits. Cautiously guessing boy. I also think the tech probably saw more than what we can see on these videos and pics. I hope you're ok with a 4th boy.

Thanks girls! I will look at that thread, but at the same time I'm totally okay with baby boy 4. After my 3rd I thought we were done, so I've had 2 years of thinking all boys, and when we decided to have another, it was about having another baby, not trying for a girl so much :) I've cried 2 of my 4 "it's a boys", my first and third, this has been my easiest! I will update when I get back from the next scan on Tuesday & see what she says! I'm at like 95% boy right now but there's always a chance especially this early!
