This is a complete guess as I'm not very good at nub reading but I would guess boy if that's the nub I'm looking at in first pic :) second pic not loading.
Hope to see some nub experts guesses soon :)

I do agree that it looks girly. At 13 weeks both of my boys nubs were virtually straight up at a 90 degree angle from the body. Hope I'm wrong though and this is your little man. Good luck :happy:
