Can you tell if my baby is a boy or girl is there a nub?

How can you tell? I cant see a nub lol.

The nub is very visible (the bright white 'thing' down there sticking out from baby's body). It is textbook boy - stacking and sticking up at virtually a 90 degree angle from the body.
