Scan next Wednesday

My scan is due next Wednesday and this will be my third last baby. Dying to know the sex of my baby and would really appreciate your guesses. Has anyone seen this type of blob nub before?

We find out tomorrow can't wait but feel very nervous. I already have two beautiful daughters so I'm hoping for a boy but I also think it is a girl. I will let you all know tomorrow. Thank you all for your predictions and would love more guesses if possible x

It's not that the nub has a blob thing so much as I think it's just that the scan isn't very clear. Wishing you the best!
