So this is my first cycle using this and I am CD 6 and it is already asking me to test :S

I never ever ovulate this early, would it be ok to wait a few days rather than waste a stick?!

Well I didn't test anyway really would be a waste of a stick... don't think I will test till CD 10 so another 3 days away.

It's asking for stick early for the first 3 months to get to "know" your cycle better. But you can just start testing later for sure.

I do the same thing and do not test until day 9 or 10. :)

Be aware that it ask you for sticks in groups of ten so if you haven't ovulated by the 10 th stick it will ask you for 10 more regardless of whether you've already ovulated

Ok so today is CD9, however my machine (which was given to me from someone else) says 8, as it did yesterday?!!!

Yes as it bases your cycle/number of sticks asked etc on the previous ones (which are not yours!) it may hav been done fir you by the previous person? I wouldn't worry just carry on now and reset it next cycle, it will still detect your peak days. I googled how to reset it but if you can't find it let me know and I'll send you link. Gl!

Btw, it may not have gone on to the next day as it may not have been after a certain time. Did you turn it on at the same time?

I will reset it next cycle thankyOu :) but now it won't read my damn stick!!??

Is it asking you for a stick 5? You have a window that you HAVE to put the stick in during. When you first trigger your cycle (push the m button) it creates a window of plus and minus 3 hours. So I pushed mine around 8am - I can test between 5am and 11am every day.

Like the other gals said, it defaults to asking you to test starting on Day 6 of your cycle while it is getting to know your cycle patterns.

Ok it worked this morning yippe!!! CD 11 and gave me one bar - low.
