Hello lovelies. Ttc blue and going mad as I've become a poas addict. These are from last night today. To make sense the ones with lh on them are supposed to be very accurate in detecting just 2 fertile days. All appear negative to me. The others with the green plain strip are super sensative 20mlu. They are getting darker with last one a posative? And I've done a clear blue at 7am which was negative and at 1pm which is flashing smiley. Should I hold out for the solid? Or start bd sooner. I'd be fine if it wasent for the green solids being posative. I'm demented. If I only had that one brand is be bd tonight but as other two are still not posative should I wait? Any advice much gratefully received xxx

Here is 4pm too just to compare. As you can see one is negative and one is posative? The test line is as dark if not slightly darker than control. Ahhh thoughts?

Ok the first thing we need to get to the bottom of, is what time of day you're actually supposed to be testing with your OPK. A few brands are meant to be used with FMU but most are supposed to be done after lunch. So if you're testing with them at the wrong time of day you may be confusing yourself. NO test is meant to be done at 1am and there is no benefit to doing that because your hormone levels will be weird at that time of day.
I answered this in more detail in your other thread but there is no magic to waiting for pos OPK - if you think you're getting close it's fine to have an attempt.
Re the positive and negative tests, go off the FIRST positive of ANY brand you get when you're testing with more than one kind. Some of them are more sensitive than others and just use that positive as your baseline, you can always have more attempts later on if you're too early, but you CAN'T bring an egg back to life if you wait too long.

Thanks atomic. Well i used fmu for the clear blue which it said too that was negative. I know I should have waited till morning to do another but the panic set in hence doing another clear blue (which was a flashing) at lunch. I shall test later tonight with the itger two again and go from there. Even on the darker one it's just not quite a posative very close though. Soon as I'm confident it's a strong posative I will go for it. Past experiences have me panicing. Last girl was a late poss 48 hours after posative and the two other girls were bd from day 10 every few days. So although I've read the trouble with timing post a million times I'm still nervy. Haha least stressing sways boy ;)

If it helps at all, at least 3 of my boys and my girl were timing opposites.
