Hi there,
I have 3 kids, boy - girl - boy and would love to add another girl to the family. What would my odds be?
I am not sure what I did differently when I conceived my girl other than I just stopped bf a month before.
I would like to start TTC in about 3 months and have just started with the LE diet, will try and go full veggie - I understand that this sways the most? I am not very good in skipping breakfast. Will this give me a good chance? Thank you.

I can't tell you the odds, that's just beyond my ability to know. You ALWAYS have a chance of a boy or a girl and you've already gotten a girl so you know you can do it! :)

LE Diet 12 weeks or longer is a great sway tactic. We've also had good results lately with coffee and alcohol added to LE Diet. Cardio exercise 60 min. 6-7 days a week and having one attempt are also very good tactics.

Skipping breakfast is just one tiny element of LE. If you cant manage it, that is ok, you are still swaying pink even if you don't do EVERYthing in the diet.

Thank you very much for your reply. I thought I'd try my luck on the odds question :) coffee and alcohol sounds good, both easily done for me. On the attempt front, I have read the timing does not really matter, more the abstinece hence the one attempt. Is that correct?

The one attempt is working. Abstinence is fine if you want to add it in, but one attempt regardless of frequency of release has been very successful for us for reasons we can only guess at.
