Anything Special that I should do days/hours before we DTD/first attempt? with diet or exercise etc?

That day I plan to take an antihistamine about 6 hours before. But should I make absolute sure I don't miss my cardio say 5 days prior to DTD and make sure my diet is perfect these days?

Perhaps I should drink a little extra wine the night of DTD? haha.

What are your thoughts? What are you planning?

Thanks!

If swaying for a few hours or days did anything, we'd only sway for a few hours or days.

I don't like you guys going super restrictive right before O because it can delay O. Just stay the course.

Antihistamine 6 hrs. before is fine for most people, I do not recommend a woman breastfeeding to mix alcohol and antihistamines though!! Not safe. Pick one or the other.

Thanks!
And I had thought I saw you wrote somewhere that you prefer we do our first attempt at 6 weeks in case it takes awhile to ttc even though 12 weeks + gets the best results. Trying to decide if next month is our first TTC month!

Let me elaborate on my thought processes there by telling you more what I DON'T want.

I do not want people dieting strictly for 12+ weeks to the point where they are skeletal and then launching into a very very strict sway with a bajillion sway tactics that cut odds of conception to nothing, then either stopping ovulation totally and having to sway blue just to get things going again, OR panicking after 2 BFN and deciding that swaying has rendered them totally infertile and again, launching into a blue sway because they're so scared they can't get pregnant. Does that make sense??

IF you guys can diet sensibly for 12 weeks, not go overboard, and are planning a light sway to start off with, now, that's a different matter. If someone has 30 lbs or more to lose (and I mean REALLY lose, not going from 120 to 90 lbs!!!) then that's a different matter. Yes in that scenario 12 weeks+ is optimal. But anyone who has less than 20 lbs to lose or who plans to exist on rice cakes and craisins, or intends to 'go until menopause getting bfn' in order to use all sway tactics that have ever been mentioned on the face of the globe - I want you guys to start sooner.

Also take into consideration things like family spacing and age - someone who is 42 can't wait, someone who is 22 and just had a baby, CAN.

I have to boil all this stuff down into pithy rules but there is always a lot more underlying it than that. so don't get too hung up on the pithy rules that you can't see when to break them or when they may not apply to you. :)
